A must do when in Newport - We had a great time on our tour. The trolley was very comfortable and allowed for great views of the area. Larry — our tour guide — was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining.

A great way to see and learn about Newport! - It was better than I expected. My daughter and I enjoyed the views but especially the narration. My grandchildren (6-11) enjoyed the stories but especially the scavenger hunt at the Marble House (they had already practiced at the Elms and Breakers!) It was a wonderful way to see part of the town and Ocean Drive and the fort without doing the driving.

Very very unprofessional - My entire trip was spoiled and wasted due to cancellation from service provider- I was on road without hotel with family and this was so unprofessional and the caller just said it’s honest mistake and we will refund the money- what about my family’s weekend spoiled, mental impact, waking up early and doing early checkout and the end doing nothing- I need compensation and not just refund- my hotel became waste making losses of addition $212
