The talk was interesting, the cheese was delicious, and brushing the babies was phenomenal! I was brushing Phoebe on the chest and her tail curled and then she dropped down, laying across my feet! She turned a cheek up towards me, and I gently brushed on that until here eyes were almost closed. What an experience! It was the highlight of my 10-day trip to Sonoma County and San Francisco!

This was our second time visiting Ramini and we brought family and friends with us who had not been before and all of us had a fantastic time. Even though we had done the tour and tasting once before, no two experiences are the same and we still learned something new this time and just love being around the buffalo. There is no mozzarella equal to Ramini and understanding where it comes from and how the animals are so well cared for makes the entire experience so special. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon!

The experience was carefully planned, and the passion and emotion palpable. I walked away with a greater appreciation for where our food comes from. How to improve the experience? I think it is good how it is, but in Northern California having wine available while snacking is a sure-fire bet to make people happy! Also, my family now wants us to adopt water buffalo. We live in Palo Alto so clearly, that can't happen...
