As a wildlife photographer with a deep love for Africa, I have traversed the continent countless times, capturing the beauty of its landscapes and the majesty of its creatures. Yet, despite my frequent travels, the hustle and bustle of airports have always been a necessary evil. This time, however, I decided to try something different. I had heard whispers of the Meet & Assist Service at JKIA Nairobi, and I was intrigued. Upon landing at JKIA, I was greeted by Mark, a member of the Umbato team. His warm smile and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease.
