Our guide was sooo good... - Our guide was sooo good and I’m so incredibly mad at myself for not writing down his name. From getting us to the best spot at the elephant sanctuary and escaping traffic he truly was the best!! This is an incredible tour and definitely recommend using this company to book your elephant and giraffe excursion

A touching visit. - The staff provided much information, including each elephant's history. You could see their commitment to each elephant by the way they interacted with the animals. We saw 20 babies, and each had a heartbreaking story. You will be in the dirt, so wear appropriate shoes. Children who can be quiet and stay with their parents are OK. The animals are behind a cord fence, and the staff is super attentive. Some elephants like people and come close so you can touch them, while others stay away.

Stephen Mutuku Excellent tour guide - Stephen Mutuku made our experience very special and delivered great attention to detail. 10/10 recommend you to do a day trip with Stephen. He is funny, friendly and gave us suggestions and ideas where to go. Anything you need just ask Stephen.

Fantastic experience - Our tour was fantastic—we had the chance to feed giraffes and watch baby elephants being fed. Our tour guide, Joes, was wonderful: knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the experience even more memorable.

Unforgettable Trip - Wonderful service from our excellent driver and guide, Stephen Mutuku who took us to the unforgettable Giraffe Centre and amazing David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. We also did a tour of Nairobi National Park. Stephen was cheerful, an excellent guide and managed to find so many beautiful animals for us to see. We will never forget seeing the lions and rhinos. Thank you.

A bit over priced for... - A bit over priced for what you get to experience. This park will be underwhelming if you go to a game drive / safari outside if Nairobi first.

Just eh. - My tour guide was 5 stars, but the tour itself... eh. The giraffe center was fine and the elephant sanctuary was fine, neither were worth the price of the tour, especially because you have to pay $40+ additional just to enter the national park to go to the elephant sanctuary. I would not participate in this tour again.

I'd Skip if You Are going on a safari - The story and purpose behind this Tour is very touching but since I went with my 80 yr old mom we both wished we would have skipped this. We were picked up at the hotel and that part of the trip was great. What I did not like is that we stopped at a shop to have high pressured sales of souvineers. Then, when we arrived at both the giraffe and elephant park, there's very little available to seniors with mobility issues. Mom was able, at least, to feed the giraffe. The elephant park is only open for 1 hour and you are required to pay an additional entrance fee when it's not even part of the national park; it's. a seperate entrance. Mom could not stand and watch the elephants and there should be a section for handicapped people. The grounds are not suited for those with limited mobility. They also try to stop you by a bead place which we asked to skip since mom was exhausted. If you are going on a safari I would skip this.

Not worth it - sorry - I went with 80 year old mom. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Have to pay national park fee for a one hour exhibit. Not worth it if you will see elephants on a safari.
