• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• No glass containers, plastic bags or balloons are allowed.
• No jeans are allowed
• We are a dog-friendly boat (Only well-behaved, small-breed dogs. We recommend you bring a life vest for your furry friend. Please message us in advance to tell us if you’re bringing a dog).

The full charter amount will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the departure day and time. If the captain cancels a trip due to bad weather, we will re-book the charter for a different date if the customer’s schedule permits it. Otherwise, you will receive a refund for the full amount.
