False advertising. No food or drinks on boat. Crew wasn’t very friendly. Boat didn’t have air conditioner like advertised.

They’re scammers !!!! BE AWARE.. the waves were soooo high and dangerous they didn’t even warn us and they still went in.. we had 3 kids with us it was way too dangerous for them.. the captain refused to go back because the others (4 people) wanted a refund to go back so we had to pay for those 4 people ($260) in order for them to go back.. Worst experience ever !!!!!!!

The trip itself is very well run and the crew was informative and friendly. I’m sure it would have been a fabulous trip, if not for the seasickness. Two other passengers, my 7year old grandson, and I all got sick. The waters were choppy and it couldn’t be helped. My suggestion would be to prepare a few “seasick” plastic bags with some paper towels, a bottle of water, and a few mints. Those few comforts would have made it easier to continue the trip without feeling so helpless.
