• Guests can bring food and drinks.
• Canned alcoholic beverages are accepted.
• Don’t forget to pack your sunscreen, sunglasses, spare clothes, towels.
• We can also pick you up at your private waterfront residence (please call us ahead of time when booking this option)
• This is a private tour/activity - only your group will participate
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

• Please sign waivers before arriving on the boat, have CC and ID ready for reservation confirmation once at the marina
• No glass containers, plastic bags or balloons are allowed.

The full charter amount will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the departure day and time. If the captain cancels a trip due to bad weather, we will re-book the charter for a different date if the customer’s schedule permits it. Otherwise, you will receive a refund for the full amount.
