Rented three scooter, my second day in one scooter cut off was unable to start unable to receive a call back from the manager with my issue

Didn’t get what i paid for and after wasting my time they wouldn’t issue me a refund. Staff member and owner had poor customer service, very rude and sarcastic. Would rate a 0 star if i had that option.

I prepaid for a 150cc scooter and when I came to get it, the scooter was in unsatisfactory condition, dirty, rusty and on empty. I also could not fit on ot, so it would be dangerous for me to ride. I expressed this fact to the attendant so he downgraded me to a 50cc which I could fit on and was in much better condition... When I returned the scooter the same attendant refused to charge me the correct rate for the size vehicle I rented. He said he did not have the authority to do that but I could come back in 2 hours and speak with his manager. We were leaving on a flight so that was not possible but I had already delt with the manager the day prior... He was more interested in riding his motorized surf board and dismissed me when I asked for help.
