WOW great class and instructor - on our first day in Madrid we decided to take a Tapas class. this class is always sold out so we waited for the minute they started selling spaces for the July class. we had 11 people from all over the world. we cooked like a team, 9 different Tapas dishes and wine to go with it. the class lasted over three hours and we were not rushed at all. i would highly recommend this class for everyone.

This was a great experience. The meal... -
This was a great experience. The meal was delicious, we got to cook it and get the recipes. We had tapas to begin the meal and sangria. Then on to the main course which was 2 different kinds of paellas. Of course we also had dessert which was a lavender ice cream from a nearby shop. The teachers were great at directing our cooking and the place was fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had so much food we couldn't eat it all and didn't have the ability to bring it back to our hotel. Great experience.

The cooking class was incredibly fun... -
The cooking class was incredibly fun. We had hands-on experience on how to make paella, tortilla Espanola and bread and tomato cold soup.

The wine they served with the meal we prepared was very good as well as the sangria we sipped on while preparing our dishes.

The only point I was really disappointed with was that we all left our email addresses to have our recipes sent and I never received an email from them. I followed up with a request through their store web page, but haven't had any response. Which is too bad, because I was really looking forward to preparing those dishes at home.
