Very fine extensive viewing - Driven on time and pleasantly. Interesting information with good musical accompaniment. Unfortunately, when boarding, very chaotic because people can't behave. Maybe a little more structure could be brought into the queue here by exhibitors or something.

The frequency is only... - The frequency is only every 30 minutes. The other lines have more buses. The first stop was very hard to find through the app. Once you are on, the information on bus and the route was nice.

Finnish language not covered in audio guide - Adding Finnish to the languages of audioguide would make the tour more atractive. No app to find out where the next bus is coming and therefore lots of waiting in bus stops. Using the public trams, buses and metro is a lot faster to move from one activity to another. And cheaper, too. Audioguide would be the added value of the tour but coverage of languages is insufficient. I also made the tram tour (for 25 euros) and In my view this was the best part of the tour. The public tram 28 is always very crowded, the red tram gives a way to skip the lines.

Not great - Don’t lose your ticket whatever you do. You could end up stranded as they won’t take you back on the bus. Not sure why they don’t go electronic like the other companies. There is also no help service if something foes go wrong.

Bellem tour - We’ve been waiting 75 minutes for our Yellow bus at stop 14 on the Bellem Lisbon tour and still nothing. Five red buses have already passed. Normally scheduled every 30 minutes... When I post this message i.e. more than 80 minutes still no bus ... I advise against, take the competition Red.

Poor information dissemination and management - Very poor information. We bought the tickets but were NOT told that the bus would not stop at what were stops 11, 12, 13, 14 on the blue route. Only when we asked the bus driver were we directed to a sign pasted on the bus window downstairs, facing outward, with no way for people to know as they boarded from the angle they did. The commentary does not let you know which stop you’re at which makes it difficult to trace whether or not the bus is at the place it claims to be. Had to constantly refer to Google maps in order to work out where we were whenever things didn’t match up (likely due to traffic and other things like skipped stops!!). Speaking of the audio commentary, earphones are just placed in a box behind the first seat as you board and are not very noticeable. We missed it as did other much more elderly passengers whom we had to help with it later, going down below to retrieve earpieces. Also several of the audio plugins didn’t work so passengers had to change seats to find those that did work. Truly regret buying this bus tour, perhaps try the other companies but not this one that severely lacks information and misrepresents itself.

Yellow Bus is not worth the money - The bus was overcrowded the first day. The second day we waited one hour at the Tile museum, finally getting an Uber instead. The red buses seemed to come and go on their expected schedules. Yellow bus was a disappointment in an otherwise great trip to Lisbon. We ended up using Ubers almost everywhere.

Terrible waste of time! - Terrible waste of time! We saw and learned more on our own walking around the city. Very few sights, minimal commentary and very repetitive when combined with Belem tour. Most of the time was spent on highway and looping out of town towards the airport. We’ve done the RED BUS Tours all over Europe in the past and we were very disappointed and will not ever go back to yellow bus!
