Our popular overnight camel safaris are a fantastic way to experience the wonders of the desert, you will be taken to the camel point by jeep and will ride through the varied landscape of the Thar desert -arid scrub land, fields ploughed by tenacious farmers,and rocky outcraps, dotted with huts and temples and affording plenty of opportunities to spot the local wildlife.
Eventually our exclusive,isolated sand dunes will have into view -our campsite for the night.
you’ll reach the dunes in time to watch the sunset over a cup of chai and some freshly cooked snacks. After sunset you’ll be served dinner before bedding down for the night under the star the light of the milky way mattresses and blankets will be provided.the flowing morning you can watch the sunrise over breakfast before setting off on your camel again will ride for approximately one hour to the jeep

Camel safari with Ali - Thank to Ali for this little journey.
We had a jeep trip to old villages and went visit his village.
Arrived on the camp after 1h on the back of a camel, Ali & Abou, our brave desert kids, install everything for us to have a chai and diner.
Woke up by the sun on the dunes, we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast before leaving the camp and go back to Jaisalmer by car.
It was an experience to do and we recommend you to go in the desert with Ali and his friends !

Camel safari with Mister Ali - Thanks again Ali for this awesome trip.
I did this safari with a friend and had time to really enjoy every moments and discover the desert throughout sunset and sunrise.
We laughed, we took pictures, we ate so well and we slept under the stars but moreover we will keep this memories forever in minds.

A genuine bliss in the desert. - Ali and his staff are amazingly kind and genuinely helpful. This moment spent in the desert was authentic, we felt like guests among the camels. Let’s say that it was really intimate. I recommend this experience fully. Btw Ali’s place is also a very charming place to stay in the city #rumi’s. Thanks again for these few days in your company.

The best safari ever - A very good safari experience. This one must be one of the best ones in the area. We were a small group and we haven't met a single soul out there, it was very private, cozy, and felt like real wilderness. The food was great, sleeping outside as well. 10/10 I recommend!

Authentic experience in the dunes of Thar Dessert - I visited JSM alone and was initially unsure whether I wanted to take part in the desert safari. But Ali and his colleagues were so hospitable, kind and attentive that I decided to take part. and I can honestly say that I had a great experience in the desert. It wasn't too touristy but well organized. We rode camels into the dunes, ate food that was cooked over a fire and slept under the starry sky in the dunes. All of this at a fair price. Thank you Ali and his team for this lovely experience.
