After taking in the tranquility of this location, the tour proceeds to an abandoned 18th-century village, where visitors will learn the intriguing tale of why the entire community mysteriously departed.
• Khaba Fort - Constructed in the 13th–14th century by the Paliwal Brahmins, Khaba Fort was established by a thriving community renowned for their sophisticated water management and agricultural techniques in the desert. The fort functioned as a defensive and administrative hub for the surrounding villages.

In the early 19th century, the Paliwal community inexplicably vacated the entire area, including Khaba Fort and villages such as Kuldhara Village. Local legends suggest the villagers left overnight due to oppression from a powerful minister of Jaisalmer. The true cause remains a topic of debate among historians.

• Thar Desert - The adventure continues with a jeep ride to meet the camels, leading to a serene camel trek across the golden sand dunes of the Thar Desert. After approximately an hour of riding, the group arrives at a peaceful spot among the dunes to set up camp.

Savor snacks and traditional Indian chai while witnessing a stunning desert sunset. As the sky turns golden and the desert cools, the camel guide will prepare a freshly cooked meal over an open fire.

After dinner, unwind under one of the clearest night skies imaginable. With minimal light pollution, the desert provides exceptional stargazing opportunities before returning to Jaisalmer.
