- This is one of the most fascinating and creatively designed museums I have ever been to. Rarely does a place succeed in immersing tourists in history so deeply and this museum totally excelled. Every exhibit makes you feel as if you were there and some of the conceptualisation about how to present exhibits is truly first class and inspired. The 'Fauna' animals in war exhibit was extremely moving and the "Life on East and West of the Berlin Wall" with the simultaneously playing clips and a physical representation of the wall - just wow. This is as much a trip into history as it is a truly inspired art exhibit. Really captivating and so revealing for someone who grew up in the West. Absolutely devote enough time to this place - you won't regret it.

Fabulous tour of WWII museum with Lucasz! - We had a fabulous tour with Lucasz who was friendly, engaging, and full of World War II information. He did an excellent job guiding us through the most relevant exhibits and provided great detail and historical facts. I highly recommend this tour. We wouldn’t have had as much context had we just toured the museum ourselves. I took my 16 year old son and my 83 year old mother and they both equally enjoyed it.

Wow! Such a good museum! - This museum is excellent. You need about 2.5hours to get the most out of it. Buy your tickets direct from the museum. We paid a little for the headphones, so glad we did it really directed us around. We learnt so much about the past that we all need to know. There was a little cafe and a shop as well. Highly recommend.

A world-class museum - An incredibly good museum and exhibition where you mainly get to experience how the Polish people lived and were affected by the war. But they also address other parts and aspects of World War II in general. The fact that you are a few miles from Westerplatte where WWII claimed its first victim makes it all the more charged. Here you can add 2-3h without problems.

Great visit for those who enjoy the history of war! - We visited this last week and it wasn’t too busy so could take time around the museum, we purchased the headsets with commentary for ourselves and it was great, very clear, slow paced and informative, good experience all round!

World War III has never looked so good - This museum, it’s exhibits, it’s audio guide or among the best I have ever attended. You get a very good view of World War III, it’s causes, and resulting historical events. Allowing enough time to go through the museum completely and listen to the entire audio guide.

A must-see place tells the story of an awful time. Not only of World War II, but also other armed - A must-see place tells the story of an awful time. Not only about World War II, but also other armed conflicts. It's awful that people can treat others in such an awful way. But the atmosphere, the interactivity, the stories give a great experience
