Gdańsk was a gem of a city! - Gdańsk was our favourite! I didn’t really comprehend the devastation of WWII on this beautiful city and came to appreciate the tremendous efforts of the Polish people to rebuild this gem of a city! Casper our guide was excellent. He went to get lengths to accommodate my husband’s mobility issues, was very knowledgeable about this area and was obviously very proud of Gdańsk! I would highly recommend this tour!

Poland Rocks! - Our experience with Bozenka was simply outstanding. She is a delightful guide, and not only did we fall in love with her, but also with Poland. Yes, we would recommend this tour to everyone.

Interesting and Thoroughly Enjoyable Day in the Tri-Cities! - We took the full day tour of the Tri-Cities area (Gdansk, Sopot and Gydnia). The tour itinerary was very complete, covering first, the Old Town area of Gdansk, including important sites related to WWII and the Solidarity movement. Our guide, Bozena, provided a very thorough narrative of events and history related to the sites we visited. Sopot and Gydnia were beautiful seaside resort areas on the Baltic Coast - well worth the drive. Bozena guided us through these areas as well, including a side trip to an organ concert that we would never have found on our own. A very enjoyable day. (Plus - Bozena took us to an excellent cafe for lunch in Sopot where we enjoyed delicious seasonal salads and local beer! She was so nice and personable - knowledgable about both the history of the tri-cities but also current culture, politics and life in Poland! 100% would recommend!)

Unforgettable tour of Gdansk and the Tri-City area - We highly recommend "Poland By Locals" for any tour. Our guide Bozenka was deeply knowledgeable about the history and current status of the tri-city area, and did an excellent job giving us a deep understanding in fluent English. She was also very willing to change the emphasis and timing of the tour to align with our expressed interests. Bozena lived through the final years of comunist (Soviet) control of Poland, and presented the transition with clarity and passion. Her teaching on the details of the Solidarity movement and Lech Walesa's 21 demands, was spellbinding and truly informative. We took this tour instead of the shore excursions offered by the cruise ship, and it was both far superior and a better value. Again, highly recommended!

Gdansk and Tricity tour - My day with Sebastian Malyszczyk was amazing. Sebastian is the perfect guide. He answered all my questions and showed me the highlights of Gdansk and the tricities. He easily adjusted to my limited mobility. Somehow he has a terrific grasp of history and international affairs. I was actually able to see Westerplatte, various places associated with Lech Walensa, and Sopot. Don't miss the opportunity to engage his services.

Personal and Professional - My friend and I just finished the tri city tour with Sebastian. This tour was well worth the time and money. We spent most if the time exploring and learning about Gdansk and its history. We then had lunch and went to the pier in Sopot. We finished with a walk through a forest snd in to a cliff overlooking the beach in Gdynia. It was a cold and windy day but Sebastian made sure we had stops for warm drinks along the way. He was very knowledgeable and passionate, which I appreciated. He was also friendly and flexible with the schedule. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want variety and something a little different.

New to old - Our cruise liner landed at Gydnia, so we were taken through these 3 towns on our trip around to Gdansk. Such a difference from newer to old. When we arrived in Gdansk we could easily see the effects of war and a bit of what these people have endured over many years. Our guide was born here and was very proud of the cities progress. We loved the old city.
