Superb historical tour with a great guide - Our tour with Paweł Jeçek was brilliant. He was not only super knowledgeable, but also clearly passionate about the history of Gdansk, Poland and Europe as a whole. Additionally he was great fun, with a witty sense of humour. I learnd a lot about the city, it's various rulers over the past several centuries, the stories behind the beautiful architectre and lots lots more. After the tour, we asked for restaurant recommendations and he was super sweet, he walked us there. So we invited him to join and he did! We had a blast with Pawel. He's a top tour guide! Much love from Benji (Northern Ireland) and Johana (Colombia) 😀

I recommend - I recommend the tour, the guide Marcin, apart from providing an interesting message, also took care of the comfort of the group by providing us with shade.

Two excellent free walking tours - many thanks to Zosia and Kasia - I signed up for both the Town and Shipyard tours - a great decision. The opportunity to learn everything about Lech Walesa, shipbuilding and Solidarity isn't scheduled every day - so don't miss it. I enjoyed exploring the whole area and learned so much. I also had lunch in the amazing restaurant in the yard's former fire station - and tasted Polish wine from the south of the country. The town tour was packed with fascinating facts, we covered a lot of kilometres and the walk ended at the Post Office (where hero postmen defied the Nazis) just in time for me to take a ferry to the beaches of Sopot. But that's another story. Thanks very much to my two excellent Walkactive guides. They couldn't be faulted

Great tour with Pavel - We had a great tour around the Old Town with Pavel. He's a great story teller, has a very clear voice that cuts through the surrounding background noise in busy places, and has a great sense of humor. We all found him very engaging and he added a lot to our understanding of the history of Gdańsk. We did the tour in the afternoon after our arrival mid-day and found the tour to be a great introduction to the city.

Surprising Gdansk - One of the best tour guiding ever delivered to me. Tufi jogged between meaningful details, emotions and personal opinions to remember. For two hours I wish I was born in Gdansk 👍
