Setting Sail for Adventure

As a former professional surfer, my life has always revolved around the ocean. Living in the Caribbean, I often find myself seeking out new adventures that allow me to connect with the sea in different ways. When I heard about the Roatan Drift Snorkel and Monkey/Sloth Sanctuary Tour in French Cay, I knew it was an experience I couldn’t pass up. The promise of vibrant marine life and playful animals was too enticing to resist.

The day began with a warm welcome from our driver, Brandon, who was not only knowledgeable about the island’s history and culture but also shared insights into the local politics and infrastructure developments. His passion for Roatan was infectious, and it set the tone for the day. As we made our way to the snorkeling site, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement bubbling up inside me.
