Setting Sail for Adventure

As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours riding the waves and exploring the hidden gems of the Caribbean. But when I heard about the Hydrobike & Snorkel Adventure in French Cay, I knew I had to experience it for myself. The promise of hydrobikes, snorkeling, and a private beach adventure was too tempting to resist.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kendrick, our guide for the day. His easygoing demeanor and local knowledge immediately put me at ease. The highlight of the hydrobike experience was the unexpected sight of bengal tigers and swimming pigs. It was a surreal moment that added an extra layer of excitement to the adventure. As we returned to the dock, we were treated to fresh coconut water, a refreshing end to a thrilling ride.

A Taste of Local Life

After the hydrobike excursion, Kendrick offered us a choice: visit a beautiful beach or explore an animal sanctuary. Being the animal lover that I am, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to hold a sloth. The sanctuary was a delightful experience, with capuchin monkeys playfully jumping around and a scarlet macaw perched on my head.

Feeling peckish after our animal encounters, we asked Kendrick to take us to a local eatery. He delivered with a charming spot right on the water, where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks while soaking in the stunning views. It was the perfect way to end a day filled with adventure and discovery.
