The Caribbean sun was just beginning to rise as I found myself aboard the Sun Princess, eagerly anticipating the day’s adventure. The ship’s departure had been moved up due to port congestion, so I made sure to disembark as soon as possible. With a spring in my step, I made my way to the meeting point, where I was greeted by Tyler, our guide for the day. Despite a bit of a wait for another couple, the excitement in the air was palpable.
