If you miss your reserved shuttle due to migration or flight delays, your service will depend on availability. If no shared transportation is available, you will have the option to pay a fee for an upgrade to private service.

3. Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival and after clearing migration and customs, proceed to the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo.

4. Shared Transportation Assignment: If shared transportation is booked, our staff will assign you a vehicle. Ensure you choose the correct time schedule, as our vehicles depart from the airport on the hour, every hour.

5. Transportation Hours: Our shared transportation service operates from 8 am, with the last shuttle leaving Cancun airport at 5 pm sharp.
