Memorable - Very fun! Full of nice beautiful memories! I liked that this certain boat had 2 floors so you can get a better feel of the breeze and ocean

Appreciated the love and kindness - I had an amazing time and loved the staff. They were so kind and encouraging. They helped me push my comfort zone and taught me how to do this dance called “Cumbia”. Loved the all day experience and would definitely recommend!

Best Isla Mujeres tour in Mexico - We loved being on this trip. The staff were super friendly and informational. They made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. At firt the guest were a little akward but the staff made sure everyone was comfortable and able to let loose and enjoy. The restaurant we went to was incredible, the food tasted amazing. We got to spend some time on the island and the beach was beautiful. There is nothing negative about this tour, the drinks, the food, and the staff were all awsome. If you are wanting to have an amazing trip while in mexico I suggest taking this tour. We had an amazing time on this trip. We felt safe from the pickup to the drop-off. Even the drivers were super friendly and made sure we all got back safe.

Honest review! - The whole trip was fun, however, the itinerary was kinda unclear. It states you will have two hours at playa Norte which isn’t true. I was also under the impression we would have an hour to shop. We only had an hour and a half total to spend at the beach AND do our shopping. What they also do not mention is you have the option to pay for a taxi (not included) for them to drive you to playa Norte from the dock once you arrive to the island and they will take you to picture destinations which was fun! I just wish they mentioned it before booking. Another cost is the $52 per person before boarding the boat which isn’t included when you book the excursion. When it came time for the snorkeling part, they only provided us masks and flippers, no snorkel which was annoying because no one could hold their breath long enough to enjoy the underwater beauty. The leader of the group of course had one but no one provided that for the rest of the people on the boat. Also, it says alcoholic beverages are included on the boat, they are very weak so I would recommend just taking shots, otherwise you are just drinking soda. Overall the trip was fun, it was nice to see the island and have great picture opportunities! We saw many sea turtles and had a great time with our friends! I would just recommend to the business to be fully up front with all the potential cost on this trip.

This rating doesn’t effect the staff they were amazing - As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, this was a very difficult experience. They did not give proper instructions as to where to meet. They were not helpful when I was lost. I was running around the mall, trying to figure out where to board this boat where no one was able to help and the person messaging me on WhatsApp would not answer my phone call. I asked to speak to management upon arriving to the desk after finally finding it after 30 minutes of wandering through a mall just to be left waiting never got to speak to a manager. The catamaran is not very nice. The staff is phenomenal. They are very sweet although they do not speak English very well The buffet they provided does not include drinks and not to mention you have to pay 1000 pesos upon arrival. I had a terrible experience and I was compensated for nothing.

Very disappointing, poor value $ - Pick up, drop off and overall and transportation were great. Once on then boat, music (not a great playlist) was blaring and the guy was yelling into the microphone. He spoke Spanish 95% of the time, then brief instructions in very hard to understand English. I was hoping for more commentary and information about the area. The mixed drinks were the worst I’ve ever had. Very weak and diluted with Fanta pop and a Sunny D type of orange beverage. Snorkel activity was great except we didn’t get snorkels, Lol (just fins and masks). Lunch was really good, beautiful beach, but unfortunately we were rushed out of there and taken to “town” which was just a street of souvenir shops. A very small overcrowded beach area where everything costs extra - chairs, drinks, snacks etc. so much for all inclusive. The ride back was similar to the ride there. Bartender went around literally pouring “shots” into peoples open mouths. Grossly unhygienic. Luckily we had an awesome sunset to end the day on a positive note. Would not recommend.

Do not Book!! - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXCURSION. The itinerary is a lie. The buffet food was HORRENDOUS and I’m not a picky eater so that says alot. 1000 pesos is not for taxes. They basically make the excursion cheap and the 1000 pesos pays the rest of the trip and part of the taxes. Also it says 2hrs in Isla Mujeres we ONLY HAD ONE HOUR. What can you do in an hour besides walk around ?? Not worth it. I will say the staff were very nice but the excursion itself is not it.

Deception - We already started the tour by picking other guests into several hotels without warning us. Getting to Porto in Cancún, huge queues and poor organization! On the boat the alcoholic beverages were deception, hot beer and no real drink! When we descended to Isla Mujeres we were forced to go in queues, shouting that we could not get out of the queue, rude and uneducated, they forced us to enter a jewelry store to put on a bracelet so we were allowed to return to the boat! Then they took us to the other side of the island, where there was nothing, only the restaurant with which they had agreed, extremely dirty, food in the tray, of poor quality (we paid 120 dollars each for the walk), no alcoholic drinks, with very dirty bathroom! And finally, when we arrived in the van to return to the hotel, tired and without lunch, they said that we had to wait for the whole group, from all the vans, in order to be able to return, even our van being complete! We feel extremely deceived, the employees are poorly educated and rude, and scream at the customers!
