A wonderful visit to Chichen Itza. - Booked this private tour with myquestconcierge. Pepe our guide arrived early we were able to start our 2 hour journey promptly. The early start proved very worthwhile as we arrived just as the site opened and before the many buses of tourists arrived. Pepe was an excellent guide giving us the history of the Mayan people. I could not believe we spent over 3 hours walking around. He then took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed an e collect lunch buffet. Following that we visited a Cenote - what a great experience. Nearby was Valladolid with a large church beside a beautiful town square and many shops to explore with local crafts and foods. Once again Pepe explained the culture of the areas. He ensured we were comfortable and supplied cold drinks throughout the day.

Excellent tour on March 6 - Very good experience but very tired too, I think it is worth it but you have to get prepared for many hours of bus and total hours of travel. We liked the many Adonis and Joshua guides outside spectacular and made the experience easier and fun. I would recommend yes and did it again but with preparation for 14h in total.

Small group is more engaging - An amazing experience visiting these Mayan sites. Our tour guide Heber was phenomenal. He explained things so that we could appreciate the culture. He had many photos on his phone so that we could better understand given the background of these wonderful people. Swimming in the Cenote was a grand experience as well. Our driver Antonio picked us up at the appointed time with a friendly, smiling face. Small group is the way to go!

Fun and interesting trip - The guides were great, very nice, everything felt very safe. The trip included 4 stops, the first one was long and boring, it was lunch and gift shops and people trying selling us stuff. The other 3 were great and again it was totally worth the money. Again safe and interesting and friendly.

Mediocre Experience - It was a super long day!!! Breakfast was horrible with no Vegetarian options. Lunch was mediocre. Since we couldn't eat the breakfast provided, we were starving. Long wait to taste Mayan food wasn't worth due to limited vegetarian options. Trip could have been planned better and should ideally end between 7 and 8 PM. Instead it ended at 10 PM. The Shaman ceremony was not exciting at all. However, Jorge and Alexa did a wonderful job.
