Tour to Isla Mujeres - Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The crew was friendly and dedicated to ensuring everything was enjoyable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There was plenty of sunshine, music, dancing, cocktails, beer and tequila. However, if you're expecting exceptional snorkeling, you might be disappointed. We encountered a few underwater sculptures with sea urchins and some fish, but nothing as awe-inspiring as what you might find in Akumal.

Highlight of the weekend! - Went with a group of 8 friends for a Bachelor party. Had a great time! Would highly recommend. The only negative part was transparency in pricing. No mention of $20/person "Dock fee" which they said is mandatory for all. We stayed out of the Hotel Zone and were charged an additional $15/person for transportation. Totaling $280 in additional costs. I wish it would've been mentioned while booking so we plan ahead and understand the all-in cost.

Amazing experience with little room to improve - I had an amazing time on the catamaran with Fragata. The crew was very friendly and great to work with. Especially the gentleman who picked us up in the morning. His name was Alberto (I forgot) I think and he was the MC but on the day of the trip he had lost his voice and someone else was stepping in his place. He was the sweetest person. He picked us up and stopped by Playa Delfines for us to have a quick look. He also spoke to manager at ice bar and got us vegetarian meals. Other crew were friendly too with a lot of banter on board. My only complaint is the instructions was mostly in Spanish and I had difficulty as I didn’t know. And the scuba gear didn’t have breathing tube which doesn’t count as scuba. It’s a really cheap equipment and costs 5$ in discount stores and the company should look to get them for passengers on board. Other than that, amazing experience

A Get Wet Booze Cruise. - Booze Cruise plain & simple. 45 minute ride to snorkel area. Mask but NO snorkel provides (claim was COVID, that as a lame excuse). Basically a drift snorkel, current is very strong, hard to enjoy wiThout ability to breath. More booze, then takes U to a buffet area by IceBar. More Booze, to downtown area, then pickup for 1 hour ride back with a LOT more booze & music. Crew is actually very good but this didn’t really measure up.

Party boat for middle age tourists - If you are looking for a day trip on the sea to get all the alcohol you want, this is a good place. Extremely loud music (even my iwatch was telling me loud environment constantly), plenty of drinks and some swimming. This is not what I thought I was booking. I have been on plenty of sailing excursions in Mexico and other parts of the world, and I think I have enough experience to compare. I recommend this company to create two different types of sailing experiences, one for families or people that want to enjoy the sea and nature without additives and a different one for those party goers. At the end, it is a choice of the kind of tourism a country or a region wants to develop.. Summary of the trip: Like all the tours, you are picked up by a very clean van that will take you to Cancún. The annoying part comes when some people are not on time and you have to wait for them. I would recommend the company to have strict rules about it, and leave those customers behind if they do not show up on time. Let’s be serious! You arrive to the place, pay the rest of the trip (add a 7% if you pay with credit card…interesting that number, when banks charge between the2 and 3%….). All this process is kind of slow, but I guess there is no much to do about it. After 45/1 hour, you arrive to the snorkeling area in the middle of the bay, and full of other catamarans. I imagine that with a calm sea, it will be ok but we had to deal with some strong currents and we were bumping to each other constantly. Pretty poor sight, not much to see. After half hour of snorkeling you are head to Isla Mujeres for lunch (by the way, not a single snack on board, pack your food). The boat (it looks more like a mini ferry, or boat rather than a catamaran) started to have issues with one motor and it took forever to disembark. By the time we arrive to the buffet it was almost 4 pm (lunch!!!!). As in many experiences, those buffets are not the greatest. The serving areas looked dirty to me. Food was ok….General food and some drinks are included. If you want your espresso after lunch, be ready to pay $6…totally ridiculous… 55 minutes to eat and back to the boat. Motor is still struggling. Thanks God the next stop was closed, Playa Norte….claimed as one of the “best beaches in the world”. Let me tell you something, Mexico has plenty of nicer corners than this one. The beach is nice, but it is overcrowded and you have plenty of ferries crossing in front of your nose. I wonder where all that gasoline is going…. After one hour and half, time to go back….but oh no…the motor is not working, so instead of calling for a second boat after lunch, when the problems were obvious (for those of us that have owned a boat) they waited until the last minute to do it….in summary, add 90 minutes extra for the arrival that was mentioned when we signed up. More drinks to keep people happy….still no snacks… The boat was clean and spacious. The crew was correct (although kind of reluctant to alter the volume of the music). There was one that seemed more worry about doing the job. Driver was polite, fast and safe. Summarizing: If your idea of a Mexico vacation is party and taking some cool photos to show in Facebook, this is a great choice. If you want a different experience, do some research or save some money to do a more personal one because the rest of the tours around looked very similar to me. Yucatán is too beautiful, find a better way to attract good tourism… I appreciate the effort of the companies, but I hope they read some constructive ideas to improve the experience.

I felt bamboozled - Once I paid for my experience, I was told that I had to pay an additional $65 dollars for transportation because I was in Costa Mujeres but the company sent me a picture stating that transportation is included for hotel in cancun or Costa Mujeres. Upon the extra payment they refused to give me a receipt. I attempted to cancel the trip but I would not have been refunded. I felt bamboozled and will never book with this company ever again
