Fun & Great Experience! Day after our Wedding in Cancun - Our wedding was on Sunday, May 26 and the next day we took all of our guests on a private catamaran boat there was 66 people total who were able to come. The experience was so much fun! They picked us up at the hotel on time and arrived at the dock and the staff was so friendly and polite they took great care of us. Jesus was a great host by entertaining us and making everyone laugh. The music on the boat was great we took so many professional photos with Adrian. The buffet lunch was also really good. I would highly recommend them. The team will show you a good time going to Isla Mujeres. Thank you again!

Robbed & cheated by guide Victor - Our tour guide Victor just robbed us & cheated us. He was late picking us up at the hotel. He charged for 10 dozen carnations and there were probably 4 dozen. He held the boat charging us for 67 and we were only 61. Victor attempted to charge us for a 9 month old baby and a 3 year old. Clearly it says on your website those ages are free. He was angry when i paid my balance online as he wanted cash in hand. We left the dock late so everything was in the dock so there was no sunset for my vow renewal. We were promised 4 hours open bar but received 3. They wanted to charge me $20 to open a $10 bottle of champagne but told me so had to bring my own cups. They put out the food that i had to purchase but had no napkins . They made us use toilet paper. The staff was kind and energetic but Victor Manuel is a crook. He also handled my tour to Chitzen Itza and won’t return my money for over charging. If you book this Catamaran do do with the owner and not with Victor Manuel.
