Fun for all ages - $20 us per person dock fee thought it was per group. Taxi was $100 each way for family if 5 I had no idea

Amazing sister adventures - This was such a great getaway. The crew was so much fun and extremely attentive. They were very friendly and family oriented and even went above beyond to assist our friend with visual disabilities. They made sure whatever you were drinking your cup stayed full. The destinations were planned well and the food was amazing. The Spinnaker is not what you expect. You have to be a strong swimmer but to watch it was enjoyable. This is a must try experience.

Amazing full day experience on diamond catamaran - Carlos was a great crew member, he was very helpful especially on board the boat and during the snorkeling session. The entire experience was fun and we enjoyed our time on the diamond bright 2.

Highly recommend with some tips - Absolutely amazing team of people working on the boat, Rodrigo was absolutely hilarious!! The activities and intent of the trip are perfect for a full day adventure. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. The only things I wish I knew were:
1) bring towels.
2) the $20 dock fee is per person
3)Expect and plan for a long stay at the lunch/beach portion. We ended up there for about 3 hours. The inclusive portion of the lunch is on for about an hour than we were on our own for the rest of the time. The price of alcoholic drinks to purchase was outrageous ($40 for 2 drinks) and since we weren’t ’renting’ cabanas or doing anything for the beach club we were at they ignored us, did not provide water or any type of service. Also their swimming area left alot to be desired. If the company reduced the time at the beach area or the beach club was more tourist friendly it would have been great.
That aside the overall experience was amazing, I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family!!

Foot full of sand - Excellent food for my pars catamaran well my why I didn’t give them the 5 star c because the music was extreme loud and it played a lot boat at the time course out near the beach to swim with the seabed

Fun day out - This tour was a fun day out! The staff were very attentive and friendly ! This tour included unlimited drinks, and we were never without a drink in our hand! The service was excellent! They also catered the music to everyone on the boat so everyone could enjoy. Snorkels and flippers were provided. I enjoyed the snorkel tour, saw some interesting fish and also underwater statues. The sea was crystal clear! The lunch included was very good and also the waiters were bringing us free tequila shots and margaritas! The North beach I didn’t think was particularly impressive. You couldn’t swim very far out in the sea at all due to the buoys being so close to the shore. However, still enjoyed this day nonetheless.

Not for those who don’t understand Spanish. - You had better understand Spanish as all communication, including safety information was in Spanish. I was completely lost. When I asked to have it repeated in English, I got 5-6 words. Staff was friendly but very unorganized. We sat on the boat for almost 30 minutes before we departed when 6 young guys were led onto the boat. Apparently they were late and we were waiting for them but there was no communication to let us know why we were not leaving. Snorkeling was 30 people in the same spot as we were advised to follow one of the staff in the water. Lots of getting kicked in the head. The beach club was a huge disappointment. Not at all like other beach clubs you find in the Caribbean. Poor food and beach area. The stop for shopping was frustrating as you could not walk without 20 people in front of you trying to get you into their stores. The crew on the boat was generous with drink service. However, not sure if it was because we left late, but we returned in complete darkness with no lights on the boat. Very dangerous walking to get off the boat and at the dock.

Ok - It was not what I expected. The “host” was very nice. But it was a bit of organized chaos. Just shuffled around and directed in an uncomfortable way. Tons of people trying to “snorkel” or more like look at the ocean floor. It was insane. Lunch was not so much a club as weird cafeteria style. The island looked like it would be beautiful beaches and it was a small little area filled with boats and the town was equally chaotic.
But all that was ok and any tour will take you to literally the exact same place. For some reason I thought paying a little more would give us a little more exclusivity. Still, ok for the most part.
But what literally just tipped me over and made me want to give the whole tour one star was the “photographer”! He made my husband and I come back even when we said we didn’t want to. He had us stand in the cheesiest most ridiculous poses. It was so bad it was comical! Then he made us look at them even though we said we didn’t really care. When we declined to buy he went from being please let me help you Prince Charming to belligerent and rude. They were terrible pictures not flattering and like toddler poses. He threw them in the drawer and was so mean after that. They weren’t expensive but I wouldn’t have wanted them for free. And his attitude nearly ruined the whole thing. His crew could blame him if we tipped based solely on him bc it would be zero. Luckily we know the others tried and worked hard.

Terrible Experience - The ride started out great until they dropped us at the Island for nearly 3 hours. As we were boarding our Catamaran to return we were stopped and accused of stealing Cigars from the Tequila tasting area that our guide took us to. They waited to confront us for over 2 hours until we were leaving, We had to pay $100 or they would call the police. When we said call the police the guy walked away and let some big dude take over. Pretty sure no police were ever called. Our guide would not help us at all leaving us to fend for ourselves. He said we could not leave until the matter was solved. He would not let us on the boat. eventually we just gave them $100 so we could go. NO ONE STOLE ANYTHING! I believe the tour guide was in on the scam with them due to how things were done and things said after getting on the boat. He stated they were partners with them. Then after all the parents gave tips, he went underneath where the teen kids were hanging out and tried to get tips from them without us knowing. One kid was getting ready to cash app him until we stopped them and said we had already tipped. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! SCAMMERS!!!
