Full day visit to Isla Mujeres - We were taken from Playa del Carmen by bus to the pier in Cancun, our operator was Riviera Experiencies, the saleswoman Mrs. April, in the port remember that a port fee must be paid, no matter the Enterprise or cost of the excursion, we boarded the Diamond Bright 1 catamaran, there is Covered place and place on the deck, I explain this by the sun, you have to get a lot of protection, the attention is all the time very careful, Manolo explained very clearly the route and the times, the consumption of drinks is free, the first activity of spinning could not be done because of lack of wind but from there we went to snorkeling, the great recommendation there is that it is an activity for those who can swim, then before reaching the island allow to go down about 10 minutes to take a dip, from there to the pier for lunch, then we were taken to Playa Norte, an area full of people, hot and transparent water beach, it is a tour totally recommended, the good attention and friendliness is a constant, it was a beautiful experience

The crew went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Special thanks to Captain Mike (*the sexiest one 🤪*), our knowledgeable guide Fabian, and the amazing team—Eladio, Gaspar, and Josue—who were incredibly helpful, both onboard and during the snorkeling session. The entire experience was pure fun, and we truly enjoyed every moment on *Diamond Bright I*. A day to remember!

Diamond 1 - Oh my gosh I can’t say enough good things. Diamond 1 was amazing the whole team was the sweetest! Ricky , Daniel and everyone were the sweetest! I can’t wait to come back and visit again. Highly recommend ! The music the snorkeling food and vibes were so fun! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I’ll miss you diamond 1!

Long day Catamaran - The tour is good and it was organized. My family and I with three year old son went to this tour. IMO, I wouldn’t recommend the tour if you have kids who will not be able to enjoy the snorkeling and/or water activities. The positive about this tour is that the staff were AMAZING and FRIENDLY. The downside of the tour is the food. Horrible. The pick up from the hotel was late and it got us worried because the van didn’t arrived til around 9:30 when it’s supposed to be at 9:15am. Lastly, the stay at Isla Mujeres was only an hour and half. Wasn’t really a lot of time. Overall it was good and my opinion it’s a little overpriced. Just a reminder that this tour is long.

A tour for young people looking for fun, as it is not luxury or comfortable because it goes to maximum capacity. - In the description it says: Luxury catamaran. Although the ship is in good condition, it is not a luxury ship. They bring the Catamaran to its maximum capacity, so more than half the people go on deck in the sun. Personally, it was my turn to go by the horn, without the possibility of changing places, as it was full. Very loud music hurts the ears.

Had an OK time but would never do, it again. - I did it once but I’ll never do it again. The boat is highly uncomfortable, you just sit on the deck in the sun, for seven hours! When you stop for snorkeling, they drop you off and the boat circles around, you have to swim constantly to keep with the leader headed for where the boat will be. They don’t give you any time to just snorkel and check things out, it was a constant swim. The only way to know where the leader was, you had to have your head out of the water, so you were missing the sights under the water. When you get to Isla Mujeras, it is just a tourist trap with the same over priced cheap crap you see everywhere around Cancun. You don’t get long on the island and you are rushing back to the boat. The boat the takes you around to a beach on the north end of the island for a swim. It is beautiful water but again you only get about 20 minutes to swim. Then you are back on the boat for the ride back to motel row. The race the sail, it you basically going under power, not sailing. I was sitting on the west side, on the lee side of the sail in the afternoon sun with the sail blocking the wind all the way back, about 2 hours. I was miserable! If you want to see the island, just take a ferry for around $30 round trip and enjoy the day. I would also book a separate snorkeling trip that will let you spend more time snorkeling without being rushed to the next thing.

Horrible!!!! - Where to start….maybe I should start by saying I use Viator all the time and give almost always 5 stars. This was a disaster from the get go. 1) Viator cancelled 2 people on our party the night before. We had to call and get it fixed and I think this is where the trouble started. 2) they were late (like 30 minutes) picking us up. Said they went to the wrong hotel. When trying to find out where they were, we had difficulty communicating with the service. 3) when we got on the boat and met the group it was clear we didn’t get a boat with English speaking people….don’t get me wrong, while in Rome kind of thing, but we were out of place the whole trip. 4) the snorkel was jump off and we are moving the boat so you MUST be able to swim there. Probably could have done so. But didn’t want to risk it since we were already rushed since we were 30 minutes late. 5) got to Isla Mujeres (stunning) had little time to do anything! 6) for back in the boat and they spent a good hour to hour and a half trying to sale photos. Worst excursion I have ever been on.
