Perfectly organised, Kind & Fun - It was absolutely amazing. We could not have made it without excellent guidance through local art, culture, culinary…Everything was perfectly organised, no need to worry about a thing. With all the kindness, help and openness to any culture and religious background. You just have to try your experience with Taj Heritage tour!!!

Best one day tour with shahid - I had an amazing day thanks to my guide Mr.Shahid and driver Mr.Hashim! Hashim was punctual and very friendly, he drove safely too. He made the long drive very pleasant. I really enjoyed visiting the Taj Mahal early. When it was not crowded. Shahid shared interesting stories and facts about monument and made the visit fascinating then we went Fatehpur Sikri fort which was just mesmerising. Shahid and our driver both adopting to my needs and now I have unforgettable memories of that day. Thanks a lot! Would highly recommend Taj Heritage tour for future travelers!

Awesome Experience at the Taj Mahal - Shahid was very informative guide and good at explaining the history of Taj. Highly recommended to take him as a guide when visiting doing the Agra tour.

A breathtakingly beautiful experience - Our experience visiting the Taj Mahal was marvellous. It was amazing to see the natural beauty of the monument and how well it has been preserved over the years. It was equally inspiring to hear the history behind the Taj Mahal by Mr. Shahid Khan. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the monuments in Agra - Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fathepur Sikri. With him as our guide we got a deeper understanding of the history, geography and philosophy / practice of the Mughal Empire when they ruled in India. I would highly recommend Mr. Shahid Khan as an exceptional guide - well informed, caring, polite and confident about this work. Our tour around Agra was seemless and flowed smoothly according to time, with practically no challenges and obstacles, as the whole itinerary was very well planned and executed, based on our needs and requirements. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Recommended guide - Rashid is a skillful guide who knows all about the Taj. He knows how to get you through the crowds and is very helpful in buying tickets etc. He is recommended without hesitation!

Super Taj Mahal sunrise tour - Our great Guide Amir picked us up on time at our hotel and quickly brought us to the east gate. He organized all to dos at the ticket counters. He explained the information about Taj Mahal very well. He knew all the photo spots and also brought us there quickly in the right spot, so that we will have always an option to remember. He gave us time to enjoy on our own with no time pressure on leaving. Amir spoke Excellent English and Spanish. We also got the option to see the art created in Agra, which is fabulous. Sadly it is expensive and the shop owners are good in their sales pitch. Even though it us really worth to see how Taj Mahal was built in these shops and how amazing things are created there. We didn't go to the fort due to time constraints on our side, but for sure with Amir as guide it can only be great.

Taj Mahal and Agra Fort Tour - We are seasoned travelers and have experienced many tours in the past. Shahid did not impress us as guide for the Taj or the Fort. He was constantly on his mobile phone, his explanations were very superficial and he did not seem interested in the tour at all. He often seemed annoyed when we asked questions. He is slick and rehearsed for the few informational items he wanted to share. We asked for a specific lunch restaurant (which we would have paid for as lunch was not included) but instead, he steered us to a tourist trap lunch spot. The driver (we speak his dialect) later told us that Shahid gets a kickback at this lunch place but not at the one we requested. Shahid made negative comments about Americans and Gujaratis. He also has a very tire old schtick about how he gave Tom Cruise and some other celeb a tour. I understand that these tour guides have to have a spiel but I literally heard the tour guide next to us use the same Tom Cruise line. We have had great tours in the past including one for the Taj 3 years ago. We returned to the Taj for it's beauty and to show other family members it's splendor. We did not book this tour directly through Taj Heritage Tours but through a travel agent. It started at 9 am and ended around 4 for a total of 8 hours. We had our own vehicle so we only met Shahid and did the tour with him. He was useful for getting our tickets and giving us a very brief history and taking our photos. We did not like it that he was hooked up with specific peddlers that would give us a small speech like showing us the gems on the tombs and then at the very end ask for a tip. The money aspect was fine since a few rupees is insignificant for us, but it was his approach that seemed slimy. We did not like that he was constantly on his mobile. We did not think he provided a thorough history and did not find his tour engaging. I do not recommend Shahid and would definitely use a different guide for this iconic experience.
