A great day out. - What a great day out. Tomasz, our tour guide, confirmed our pick-up times the day before and was there prompt for the start of our trip. We'd had a reasonably heavy night, so we fell asleep for the journey to Chocholow after getting on the minibus. From there, we went for our cheese tasting, and Tomasz sorted us out with a shot of raspberry vodka, well, two shots, one for each leg, as he put it. The hair of the dog and all that, haha. From there, we headed to Zakopne and rode up the mountain to Gubalowka. It was a lovely sunny day, unusually warm weather for February, but it meant the views were amazing. After this, we had some free time in Zakopane to grab a bite to eat and wander around the town and shops. Once we were fed and watered, we headed back to Tomasz, who then took us to the thermal baths. It was bustling as it was the end of the Polish winter break. We still had a great time. We had 3 hours here, just enough time to enjoy the warm water and relax in the bubbles. It takes a bit of time to get used to where everything is; it's on different levels, up and down stairs, but there are lifts for those less able. After our time in the baths, we enjoyed a quick drink in the foyer bar before meeting with Tomasz for the journey home. Overall, it was a great day out, and I highly recommend it. Tomasz was excellent and friendly; when needed, he checked us in, got our tickets and explained everything. He was there if we needed him but also gave us space to enjoy our day. A 10/10 experience to see a little more of Poland whilst visiting Krakow. Thank you, Tomasz, for a wonderful day.

Great Day Trip! - We had a great day trip to Zakopane. Our guide Mike was personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour.

Tomasz was great! - Tomasz was an excellent guide, prompt, and flexible. Zakopane was beautiful in the snow and very cold at the top! Walking through the Christmas market and town was lovely. Then to the thermal baths, where Tomasz gave us clear directions on the protocol! We took the full 3 hours in the baths but a little less time in Zakopane because it was so cold, and we skipped the cheese tasting, as we were too full from breakfast. Tomasz was willing to go with the flow of our needs. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant day trip - Very pleasant day out, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable, it was nice to see a different side of Poland.. we really enjoyed the spa, but it wasn't as expected. It was very busy so all the pools were full but saying that we still had fun. If I was to go again I would pick a weekend. Highly recommend the tour and the guide

Fabulous day out - A fantastic day out. Tomasz was the perfect guide and driver. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he did everything he could to ensure we had a wonderful day. His vehicle was comfortable and immaculate. Thoroughly recommend this tour

Great day with Tomasz - A fantastic day with Tomasz who was friendly and polite throughout the day. Our first stop was a village where we were told about craftsmanship. Next stop was the cheese tasting followed by Zakapone. Tomasz walked us to the main town and ensured we knew how to get back to our meeting point for the ride up the funicular. Great views were had. Next stop the thermal baths both upper and lower levels were warm, with plenty of jacuzzis available. Our final stop was back at the hotel. Great day and would certainly recommend.

Wonderful trip to Zakopane and Thermal Spa - By far one of the best, most professional tour experiences I’ve ever had. The day was well planned and thought out, and our tour guide Jakob was nothing short of spectacular. He kept us updated with what we were doing, how long it would take to get there, all while being super polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting a wonderful time outside for Krakow

A must see whilst in Krakow! - Wonderful and peaceful experience during winter time when you have the tour all to yourself, at reasonable price! The small villages were fantastic stops! I had high expectations of the thermal bath (I imagined Blue Lagoon type) but it was swarmed with families and had that spring break party type. So whilst fun it was not a relaxation I was hoping for.

Trip - We had an excellent trip with Tomasz. He was organised and polite throughout. He have us plenty of information but also gave us plenty of space and time to relax and enjoy the trip. The car was clean and comfortable. He took care of everything. He has excellent English and a good sense of humor. This was definitely our favourite trip and one I would recommend to everyone to do.
