Highly recommended - Great way to spend a warm sunny afternoon in York. Lovely views, hot fish and chips finished off with a cold beer. Helpful, friendly staff and not bombarded with information- just a few interesting facts about this fab city.

Cruise up the river Ouse - It was a lovely tranquil informative journey up and down the river Ouse where there are many historic buildings and sights to see

Fish and chip cruise - Was a nice cruise just unfortunate for us we had a group of rowdy people on the boat so could not hear a word the captain was saying. Note to self book the lunch cruise fish and chips were soggy as they had been in a hot box but it was a good experience

Hard to hear - I would have given it 4 stars but for the women next to us and behind us, non stop talking. The captain was giving out historical information and we couldn't hear him. Just a thought for future reference. Either turn up the speaker so we can hear, or some sort of wifi personal speakers or headphones for hire. Otherwise it was a pleasant journey.

Nice day - Staff were lovely, the cruise part in the city was informative. The fish and chips were ok. Personally I like traditionally cooked in beef dripping. Plus I like vinegar on . Unfortunately they had ran out. Apart from that it was ok.
