- This program is accessible for people with special needs, however, consultation is required prior to reservation.
- Group size maximum of 6 people per 2 dolphins.
- The minimum participant age is 8 years.
- Pregnant individuals may not participate in this experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the Dolphin program start time through direct phone or email contact, with confirmation required. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full program cost. Late arrivals result in reservation cancellation and full credit card charges.

The staff is very professionjal and gave us a warm welcome. We had a great time with the dolphins and we had the impression the dolphins with us and the trainers. Thanks Dolpin Academy!!

The Dolphin Snorkel was AMAZING! A bit pricier than we normally pay for excursions but what a wonderful experience!

It was our second time at the D.A. To snorcel with the dolphins was very great and it is evetytime good to learn new sings about the fisches and the Karibik.
But now, I like to spende more time with the dolphins and make, for example swimmtraining with them. I think for me it is interessing
to see and feel what the animals are doing now.

It was an amazing experience to spend time with the Dolphins. However, we found the staff somewhat disengaged-- merely going through the motions-- and that dampened the experience. The rest of the aquarium was rather unremarkable and the habitat conditions below standards, especially for the sharks and rays in that tiny tank.
