Additional Information
- Cameras are allowed for taking photos from observation areas, but not in the water.
- Participants are placed at different water depths based on age, with adults in thigh to waist-deep water and small children at shoulder-depth (parents hold toddlers and babies).
- Please come prepared with a bathing suit, towel, and sunblock for the activity.
- This inclusive program accommodates people with special needs, but prior consultation is necessary before making a reservation.
- Each dolphin interaction group is limited to a maximum of 6 people per dolphin.
- One full paying adult is required per child.
- Remember to bring your confirmation for eligibility upon entering the aquarium.

Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the Dolphin program. Valid cancellation requires confirmation. Late cancellations incur full charges. Timely arrival is crucial; late arrivals result in reservation cancellation and full payment charged to the card.

The Dolphin encounter was a wonderful experience for my entire family of 6 which includes 2 kids and grandparents over the age of 70. You get a good amount of time where you get to interact with the dolphin while learning about them. Highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing time. The staff was knowledgeable and kind and we felt the dolphins were well cared for. We loved that they’re able to come and go. The facilities were good with free lockers, a changing area, shower/rinse space. Lots of lunch options within walking distance. Don’t worry about not being able to take your camera. They have that covered. From gently “petting” a dolphin to waving…the experience exceeded our expectations.
