Fun coffee making class! - Thank you Bella for a great coffee class. Learnt so much about how coffee is grown, processed and made. The coffee was excellent and we now have the recipes to take home too

Egg Coffee & Coconut Coffee making workshop, as a single traveller. - This workshop was conducted within the premise of their cafe, and after making payment upon arrival I was ushered upstairs where everything was conveniently set up. My instructor Bella was very welcoming and easy to chat with, and she is well-equipped with coffee knowledge to answer my queries. As I prefer to have a morning coffee, I decided to book the 9am session, which took about an hour. You get to have hands-on experience making both coffees with assistance from Bella and her partner. I got to have both the drinks we made, the hot egg coffee which was creamy and ice blended coconut coffee which was very refreshing. At the end of the session, I was given a peanut butter and banana toast to have with my coffees, just to help combat all the caffeine, which was so thoughtful! I would highly recommend this workshop for all coffee drinkers, even solo travellers who want to learn one thing on their trip without taking up too much time. Thank you!

A fun, hands-on class with delicious coffee and great insights into Vietnamese coffee culture! - During my visit to Hanoi, I had the pleasure of attending the Egg Coffee & Coconut Coffee Making Class, and it was a highlight of my trip! The experience was not only fun but also incredibly immersive. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable, providing a fascinating history of Vietnamese coffee culture before diving into the hands-on part. Learning how to make traditional egg coffee and coconut coffee was surprisingly easy and satisfying, thanks to clear instructions and great tips. Both drinks turned out absolutely delicious, and I now feel confident enough to recreate them at home. The class is set in a cozy, authentic environment, adding to the charm of the whole experience. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or simply looking for a unique activity in Hanoi, this is an absolute must-try. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Good one. - It was really good experience with instructor V. She shared alot of knowledge regarding coffee and also assimilation of coffee culture in Hanoi. I enjoyed the one hour class. Cafe has nice ambiance too with lots of books.

Definitely recommended! - It was a great experience. You gain a lot of knowledge about coffee in general but also coffee history in Vietnam. You are an active participant and the instructor, Ruby, was very kind and spoke well English! Besides coffee Ruby also taught us about Vietnamese culture and gave us recommendations. Definitely recommended! You are also served a tasty banh mi during the course, but remember to eat something before, as the coffee is quite strong 😄
