Situated in the heart of the old quarter, our school is easy to reach and is a convenient launchpad for a market tour at Hanoi’s largest marketplace, located right nearby. This location also provides ample opportunity to discover where to shop for the rest of your journey.
In just 3 - 4 hours, you’ll get hands-on experience with Vietnamese produce and spices, prepare a full meal featuring Hanoi’s top 5 dishes (or their vegetarian equivalents), enjoy the results of your hard work, sample Vietnamese rice wine with your peers, and receive both a cook booklet and certificate!
