We provide a memorable venture for you to learn directly about every aspect of producing the finest Iberian ham. Over a period of four years of curing and maturing in our dryers and cellars, we disclose to you its detailed progress.
Besides, you get to relish our purely Iberian ham and discover its subtle flavors and feelings it imparts. You also get the chance to sample a range of tapas made by our chef featuring Iberian meat as its star ingredient.

Everything great we will repeat - We loved everything, all the workers were very friendly and attentive. I went with a 4-month-old baby in a carrying backpack and they were great even with the little one. We will undoubtedly repeat the experience but this time the 4-hour premium that you eat there from time to time when the little one is older

So special! So impressive how they work, an eye and love for the product they make. The tasting was fabulous - In addition to the impressive visit to the 'factory', eating tapas was so special. Rarely have I eaten such tasty things. Prepared from the most special products, always with something very special. Awesome!!

Excellent value tour for Jamon production - The review begins with a brief introduction to Jamon iberico production, proceeds to a fairly extensive factory tour and ends with a tasting.
The staff was kind enough to take me on thr tour e even though, in reality the minimum group size is 2.
Given the length of the tour and the Jamon you get at the end, this is an excellent value.

Well worth the visit! - We were reluctant to do this tour and we ended up being really happy we did it! Our guide Miguel was informative, enthusiastic, and patient with all our questions. All the employees we met were welcoming and friendly. We learnt about the very long process of curing ham, the different grades, and what to look for when buying in stores or ordering in restaurants. The end of the tour was a wonderful tasting of different ham products. It was all a pleasant surprise.
