Fab night out star gazing with beautiful food thrown in. - Despite not being picked up at hotel as stated in the booking! We had the best night 😁 stopped off for dinner at the beautiful bodega, lovely tasty food. I’d have bought some wine that they make but we’re heading home and no weight left in the case 😂 we then headed to do some star gazing. Sky was a clear as it could be And it was spectacular to see so many stars!! Our guide was so knowledgeable, he was amazing! Couldn’t have hoped for anyone better. Pointing out all the constellation, just beautiful to see a sky full of stars. Dido (his nickname) you were amazing and made our trip. I’d highly recommend it, worth every penny!!

Good food and star gazing. - I highly recommend this trip to anyone who would like to see the stars and constellations without the light pollution. The tour was informative, the food and wine was excellent at the Bodega Reveron. Do take the warm clothing as recommended because it did get chilly even for a Brit! And make sure you read the message they send you about the pick up point, which we managed to get amended in time.

Lovely tour and good for dietary needs - Lovely meal and stargazing activity. As a coeliac it is often hard to get food on tours, however, here they were so happy it help, all three courses we fully catered for with a gluten and dairy free option (I don’t need dairy free but they make a combined option to cover bases) the food was fresh home cooked and tasty and the waitress commented how if they know the needs in advance they love to cater for them. The wine was very nice and served in generous supply. Once we got up the mountain the guide was very informative about the night sky giving detailed knowledge and answering questions in Spanish, English and occasionally German. One thing to be aware off the hotel pick ups means you might be on the coach for a long time depending on where people book from.

Great experience - Bring a jacket since the mountain top is quite cold and windy. The dinner was excellent with three types of wine included. Every group had their own table as well. The star gazing itself was done very professionally. Long bus ride but the bus was quite comfortable. Highly recommend, definitely worth the price.

Absolutely stunning - but do wear warm clothes as it is very cold at Mount Teide. - EXCELLENT! We booked this via our hotel reception. The coach picked us up and dropped us off just around the corner from the hotel (Guanahani in Costa Adeje). We always think the stops at other hotels are time consuming but it was quite interesting as it felt like another view of the various resorts on the island. The meal at the Bodega Reveron was lovely and as this was an hours stop the owners were quick to guide us inside and seat us. The meal consisted of nibbles, soup, main course (they were geared up for vegetarians as well), dessert, wine (their own as they have a vineyard and you can buy some in their shop as well) and water. So, back to the coach and on to the stopping place at Mount Teide. The guide was excellent and communicated in English, Spanish (and Catalan as well I thought). He detailed explanations of the star systems (complete with shooting stars every now and then) with his laser was excellent and extremely informative. Sadly as there was a half moon the Milky Way could not be seen but the detail on the moon itself was fascinating - we took out binoculars so we could see even more and the star gazing was just out of this world. We were at the viewing for about 45 minutes and it was very cool 8 degrees which we were warned about when we booked so do dress warmly. The next time we visit we will book a daytime trip to Mount Teide as we would like to see the daytime landscape. An experience not to be missed.

A mixed bag! - So really mixed thoughts but if asked I wouldn’t recommend. The good things - comfy coach, dinner at bodega reveron was lovely, quantity and quality really good with a real homely feel and stargazing lead knowledgeable. However…… time on coach far too long, would be better if one language group at a time, otherwise just standing around for quite a while aimlessly. As others have said it felt like being stuck in a car park which took away from the information being provided. Not really what we expected. That will teach me to read the description more carefully next time - and read reviews first!

Great food, interesting stargazing, awful pick up journey - Whilst the stargazing was informative and very enjoyable and the meal at the Bodega exceeded expectations m, the family were wonderful hosts, the pick up process was awful. We were 2 hours in the very smart Mini coach driving all along the south coast from Los Gigantes to El Medano. There was no advice at booking nor by the guide on the coach who gave us no explanation as to what was happening until we were all on the coach. His knowledge and enthusiasm at the stargazing was excellent. Unfortunately the stopping point to stargaze was one of the pull offs on the way to Teide so with every passing car there was light pollution. With a few changes and a coach feeder system to speed up travel time this would be a 5* experience.

Authorized theft stargazing trip without seeing the stars - Visit of the star tour without No stars...70 euros wasted...!!! We pass the time on the bus, we arrive at a nice restaurant, nothing exceptional... average wine and dinner...then we go back on the bus and get to the highlight of the trip to see the stars but nothing, all dark and not even a star …then we get back on the bus and go home…without light and stars, obviously a theft of 70 euros is useless…!!!! They could have postponed it if they knew that there were no stars based solely on this, the theme of the excursion...no comment!!! Ps the tour is not in Italian but in all other languages, the astronomer was kind and also translated into Italian for us.

An Unforgettable Experience - but one I would rather forget - This could have been a good trip but it was immediately marred by getting onto a boiling hot coach which when I enquired after about 10 mins that the air conditioning was not working. This would seem fairly irresponsible during a local heatwave - temperature displayed on the coach dashboard when we got on was 34 deg C. We then proceeded to drive around for an hour picking up the other passengers before heading for Teide National Park. By this stage my kids aged 8 & 6 were already destroyed by the punishing heat on board. We made our way to the vineyard restaurant where we were informed that we would be served our meal and afterwards would have the opportunity to taste some of the wine and purchase from the shop. The staff were warm and welcoming and the dinner was good but once dessert was served we were informed that the coach would be leaving in 10 minutes and we should get to the toilet as there would be no other opportunity on the trip. We set off again and there was some commentary from the guide but this was mostly inaudible due to the poor sound quality on the coach. We finally arrived in a lay-by where we were treated to an informative chat about the night sky which I enjoyed but was distracted by cars passing by with full beam on which did little for my night vision. It was quite cool at the top which was a blessed relief after the roasting in the coach. It was then ‘all aboard’ for the reverse journey, descending back into the heat accompanied by an in-depth tour of the hotels of Tenerife. This maybe will be an unforgettable experience as billed but for all the wrong reasons. This is too expensive, the travelling goes on too long, the stops are too short - this should not be billed as child friendly. I appreciate that ‘things happen’ but in this case, as soon as it was known that the coach A/C was not working, customers should have been made aware and been given the option to cancel and been offered a refund especially with unseasonably high temperatures.
