Departures are available daily from San Marco Giardinetti or Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station (departure from Santa Lucia Railway Station is scheduled 30 minutes prior to the indicated time from San Marco Giardinetti).

I've received what this... - I've received what this programme offered. Enough spare time and accuracy of time schedule. Only recommendation I have to lmorove this experience might be preparation of a little written guide. Tour guidance is telling us all information in 3 languages which is wonderful but noisy atmosphere in the boat makes too difficult to understand.

A wonderful Venetian adventure tour - Worth the price paid and more! An utterly wonderful day spent seeing the best of the Venetian islands- a must see whilst you visit Venice.
A word of advice- pay attention to departure times as the boat doesn’t wait for stragglers!
Muranos glasswork factory was impeccable and the beautiful Burano with its colour lined streets must be seen to be truly appreciated

Half day 3 islands visit Murano, Burano, Torcello - We booked this sight-seeing tour in the tours and excursions shop just opposite Venezia S. Lucia train station for 25€ per person. This was around 4 and a half hours long. We were picked up outside of KFC and set off visiting the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. If you like exploring, then this is the tour for you. You hop off at each of the 3 islands and are given around 50 minutes to an hour to explore. You can use this time to wonder around or grab some food and drink. All 3 islands were unique and worth a visit. You visit a glass making factory where they give you a demonstration which was cool. One of the islands is famous for the colourful houses. Torcello has a local restaurant not far from the water taxi stop where they serve lovely fresh Italian pizzas. Worth a go!

Venice Island hopping tour. - Murano was kinda cool..the glass blowing demonstration was more about the selling than the history of the island...Butano was beautiful...a definite must see...Torcello was okay...overall not a bad tour for the money.

You will have 50 mins on... - You will have 50 mins on each of the Islands - that is very short time, just enough to get to know what is on it, but not more. The guide is just reading basic information while you are on boat, but on the islands you are alone.

Worthwhile trip - We enjoyed the trip to the islands. However, the audio should be improved. The explanations were really hard to hear - engine noise etc.

Poor service - Gave us wrong time to leave the last stop. Left almost half the tour participants at Burano. We had to wait and pay another boat to take us back to Rialto.

Horrible and counterfeit item. - This was supposed to be a highlight and instead was a lowlight of my trip. The first being the boats were overloaded. By our third stop a 2nd boat was called for but no one wanted to stay an extra 45 minutes to take it. This was unsafe. The second reason was because the tour ran over by an hour. This caused cancellations of other tours and missed appointments. The third reason was because the tour guide spoke so fast in such a heavy accent, nothing could be heard. It was apparent too that the audio machine was in poor shape. But the most disappointing fact was that at the Murano factory where our tour was, I was sold a counterfeit Murano glass item. I was told I would be given a certificate of authenticity and I was not. I was told it would be wrapped securely for travel and it was not. I would never recommend this tour.

Not as advertised - a hostile hop-on-hop-off boat. - This tour is not a tour, it is a hop on hop off boat. Upon booking the tour, I selected the departure closest to me, however after navigating difficult streets in the rain, there was nothing at the address. The listed departure point included 3 different addresses, was very unclear and the operators were not responsive to messages. After finally finding the tour, I discovered that the English tour I had selected was delivered in 3 languages, by someone in a seperate cabin to the guests. As such, the speaking was rushed in incoherent, with no opportunity for questions. Despite specifying in the listing ‘with a guide’, the tour is a hop on hop off boat, with 50 minutes at each stop and a firm reminder that the boat will leave without you. As such, I found it difficult to complete many of the advertised activities as I didn’t know where they were and didn’t want to be stranded. The staff were mostly curt and rude. To conclude the tour, I was sitting waiting for the boat to dock so as not to fall over. Before the boat had been tied, I was being yelled at to leave. Highly unsatisfied and would not recommend.

Deeply disappointed! - I regret not checking the reviews before booking this tour. The tour company rescheduled our tour an hour later without notifying us, which disrupted our entire day. When we tried calling the tour company, no one answered. Turning to Viator for help, their representative also couldn’t reach the company and, instead of resolving the issue, simply told us to handle it ourselves. This response was completely unacceptable. As loyal Viator customers, we’ve noticed a decline in the quality of tours over the years, but this was the first time we’ve experienced such poor communication. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.
