Great experience ! - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The demonstration was not very long, however we saw 2 items being made. The Masters were amazing.

Good deal - Informative demo of glass blowing technique and artistry. I would recommend this tour. Good value for the Euro.

✨ FANTASTIC ✨ - It was a NICE experience!! It was really cool both their store and how they make glass (at the top of that it was live so it was super COOL and you will be also amazed by the tour guide’s explanation) Also the people in the work shop are really nice… so yeah I would recommend this place if you want a full experience of Murano!! 🥰✨

Fun experience - Was able to get in with little notice on a Sunday afternoon. Would have liked to see more examples. Was interesting but needed to see more.

Glass factory and glass blowing - Glass blowing was interesting but be aware prices in the shops are really expensive. Language bit of an issue with people from different countries on same tour.

An interesting tour - It was good to see close up the working of the glass factory. We had some explanation on how to work the glass but I felt we could have seen more of the factory.

Tourist Trap - We were offered this trip through our hotel - complimentary. Private taxi to & from the island, private short tour of the factory & then through the showroom for us to look & buy, should we have chosen to do so. Our guide was on our shoulders the whole way round the shop which both my husband & I felt a certain amount of pressure. However with no price tags on the items we were not buying! Interesting to do as a complimentary trip & if you have a couple of hours to spare, otherwise I would not recommend it.

This particular event - not worth it. - I suppose my opinion is a little skewed because I'm a glass artist but, this event wasn't worth it. The demonstration was very short and awful. The glass artist made a horse, and it was bad. I could tell he knew that he messed up halfway through and couldn't start over because it would look unprofessional to the audience. Tour of the factory - there wasn't one. We saw a gallery of random work. Some pieces were stunning others were terrible. I never received that free glass piece that was supposed to be a part of the event. I did end up buying something from the gallery. So at least, I got something positive to remember the trip.
