Excellent value for money - Lovely, friendly check in at the office, including chatty walk to get on the private water taxi. Ride over was fabulous. Glass blowing demonstration was very good, staff were friendly and not pushy. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful tour to Murano Glass factory! - This tour is very well organized, our large group was split into 2 to fit the boats going to Murano. (You go with a guide, not alone.) The guide takes you to the factory where you learn some of the history of glass making in Venice and watch live demonstrations. You can ask questions, a guide from the factory takes the questions after the demonstrations ate over. They take the group to the art gallery upstairs where you can purchase if you wish, or in the gift shop downstairs. Afterwards the original tour guide takes everyone in another boat back to the main island in Venice. It was a wonderful experience, I recommend!

Wonderful - Had a lovely time. A lot more walking. Would have liked more time on our tour. Having so many boats available, was great. Early in the morning or late at night it's quiet or less tourist. Mario very knowledgeable in Glassblowing. All the different color and integrative. In the craftsmanship. Beautiful.

Good value and good duration. - Nice visit and good value. The meeting point was busy as the tour was well booked. The guide met us and made it clear how the trip would work. The boat trip was nice and we saw a neat glasswork demonstration before being taken to a display and an opportunity to buy. Boat return to the pick up location. Overall good value for the money.

They did not pick us up as promised… - We had wanted to have a short visit of an hour and a half which was listed as the goal of the trip. The tour operator did not pick us up and it was rather chaotic as to what was going to happen next at the end of our tour. We had a scheduled to keep to catch a cruise And graciously the Glass operator arranged a free taxi for us and deliver us right for our hotel. They were very generous, wanting to make sure we had a good experience however, there was clearly some mixup and how we were supposed to get back before we started.

This isn’t really a tour, it’s a whistle stop visit to a glass factory and their attached shop. - Such a promising start at check-in with Alexandre who was friendly and enthusiastic. After that we were just shown to a water taxi for the ride directly to the door of the factory. After a very brief glass making demo we were walked through the masters gallery and then taken downstairs to the shop. After about 20 minutes, we were told the taxi was here to take us back. Overall the actual taxi rides were probably the most interesting part of the trip. The next day we took a water bus over and had a much more pleasant opportunity to wander and were able to see a much more comprehensive demonstration for a mere 5Eur.

Please Revise Murano Tour - 1. Land contact, Voir(?) was amazing! He helped us tremendously- as we had a hard time getting to the meeting Point but he was wonderful! (10/3/25). 2. The guide at the factory could not be heard. A radio headset should be added. 3. The information shared was minimal- she asked for questions more than offering many insights. Her answers could only be heard by half of the guests. 4. The main factory was closed, which is understandable- but - tour guests should have been notified before traveling to the island. 5. A smaller oven was shown- but that was not what was expected. 6. Felt pressured to buy at the factory. Our bad- but we had no idea of the expense of the items- beautiful as they were. 7. We felt “abandoned” when released to visit the town and find our way back. We could have done that on our own without the expense of a “tour”- there was no “tour” of Murano.
