Great to skip the line!!!! - Tour shop where it starts was easy to find. Guide was great. The streets were crowded walking to St. Marks but she made sure we were all sticking close.

They were very... - They were very accommodating. We had issues with the water transfer to be able to meet our time for picking up our tickets. Thankfully, the tour group gave us tickets for a later time so we could still enjoy the tour.

Nice experience - Everything went very well for our visit. We had booked a skip-the-line ticket via Tripadvisor, which allowed us to skip the queue. We booked several activities through this agency and each time the teams were very kind, competent and always accommodating. A real plus to enjoy serenely Venice. We recommend without hesitation!

Ok, but not what you think .. - This was ok but what isn’t clear is that you have to walk to a tour office ( in the crowds ) away from the basilica to collect the ticket and wait for a ‘tour guide’ to physically walk you in as you are pretending to be on a tour to use a different entrance- we waited 40 mins for the tour guide and could have got a normal ticket ( at a normal price ) and got in for the same amount of time - you get an audio guide if you want but again that’s something you can get yourself …. We went peak season and I’m not sure how much time we savers. Also, once in there are extra parts to see which require an extra ticket ( which is a rip off) and this ticket doesn’t cover than and there is no way of buying the extra ticket if you go in via this method

Overcharged as it only offered the basic tour, has to pay extra for the museum and to view the altars. - Buyers need to be aware that finding the Tour Shop office ain’t straightforward, it’s a a short way from the Basilica but in Venice is such a myriad of streets it took us at least 40 minutes to find. It was also the basic ticket, we were charged £34 as it included the audio tour, to access this it required us to download the app, the actual cost of the entrance into the Basilica was 6euros. The audio itself was generic and did not offer specifics. We could’ve hired the Basilica audio for5 euros each but visitors need to provide their passport as a deposit. Wouldn’t recommend this I’m afraid.

Horrible experience - We showed up an hour early and waited to be taken to basilica by tour guy as told. Once he lead group to main square ,we were told to follow him. He had no flag and there was a ton of people . We got separated and couldn’t find group to get checked in entrance . We looked everywhere . He had no flag and no way to single him or our group out of the mass of people. Didn’t get to go in . Very upset and feel company should’ve had a way to distinguish themselves if separated .
