highlight of my Vanuatu trip - Got picked up on my hotel around 9am, We were brought early to the blue lagoon & eden river which was not crowded at all! the tour guide Vincent threw in a few vanuatu facts which was very insightful. shout out to Vincent for arranging my airport dropoff! and to the best mad skilled driver, Phillip for making sure I reach the airport on time!! though I didnt have much time for the tour, I still enjoyed it & it was truly my highlight! thankyou for accommodating to my time schedule! thankyou thankyou! 100% reccommend & will go to Yumi Tours when I come back!

The tour guide was... - The tour guide was excellent and the blue Lagon was so beautiful. The river was good as well. We had a lovely time.

Nice taste of two sites - Our first trip to blue lagoon was met with rain and this half day tour made up for it, plus the added bonus of the Eden waterfall. Nice taste of both sites but 1 hour may not be long enough for some.

We left around 9AM and went to blue lagoon then eden by the river after. Both spots were spectacular with awesome swims. - The lagoon and eden by the river was spectacular! The tour team was awesome, always giving very clear instructions. The boss spoke native, English and French so this tour is great for a many number of people.

Half day tour - We did the half day tour with Ricky as our guide and he was great! Gave us extensive information of Vanuatu history and culture. The tour was perfect for a half day tour going to two sites which were so beautiful. Highly recommend this if you’re coming to port Villa! They also have loads more options to do a full day and other activities.

- Awesome time! We were unsure about amount of people, however I think due to time we went away (no cruises) there was only the two of us and two other girls - so basically private tour! We went to blue lagoon which is a must and Eden on the river, which was serene! One thing to note, the two other girls on our tour had booked to go to the turtle sanctuary and we had not, the driver Karl - legend, offered us to either go to the turtle sanctuary as well and pay entry or stay longer at the blue lagoon, we opted to go to the turtle sanctuary. Personally we did not think the turtle sanctuary was worth it, and it seemed quite caged in, but we wouldn’t have known unless we went. All up awesome day!

Blue lagoon - Incredibly blue waters at the Blue Lagoon. Lovely to swim in. Rope swings and high platforms to jump off for those who want to.

Stunning Blue Lagoon - The Blue Lagoon was fabulous, such a stunning spot and lots of fun for those who were brave enough to use the rope swings. Eden on the River was a lovely spot but there was no one there except my husband and I. We had no idea how to access the suspension bridges or where was safe to swim. Overall though it was a great tour.

Nice locations not so nice tour operators. - Loved the Blue Lagoon and Eden on the river. Didn't love the tour operators. They were late picking us up. Our receptionist was getting worried, she called them, they said 9.30, arrived just before 10. No biggy, but the next stop was the Blue Lagoon. Ricky our driver just pointed to where we were to go and he and the driver (who didn't say a word at all) went and sat with the other drivers. When I asked him why he didn't tell us that you could swim to the beach, he said it was too dangerous; however, he never warned us about it when we got there. Ricky also didn't tell us not to bring all our gear with us down to the waterfall, so we all lugged our stuff down and then up again unnecessarily. There was no one at the falls, so we walked the suspension bridge. However, we soon discovered that you couldn't get down from the end, forcing us to retrace our steps. There was supposed to be a zip line, I found out later. It wasn't there. Rubber rings down the cascade was fun. Too bad if anyone got hurt; it's just us tourists there. Ricky and the driver, of course, were sitting around at the top. When asked where could change, again pointing-"Through the playground" It wasn't easy to find. Disappointing as we had a great tour with MyVila Tours the day before.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY – THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!! - This is by far the most unreliable, unprofessional, and disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t show up for the service we booked, with zero apology, and zero accountability — leaving us completely stranded and our plans ruined. To make things worse, their staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and made no effort whatsoever to help. Their behavior was not just unprofessional — it was outright disgusting. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you care about your time, or basic human decency, stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other respectable and trustworthy tour operators in Vanuatu — this one is a nightmare. You’ve been warned.
