Get on Dan's Bus! - Amazing day thanks to Dan the tour guide. He is the BEST hop on hop off Gray line guide I have ever encountered in multiple cities in the world. Thank you Dan. I will come back asap. BTW, to the manager, lose the idea of using an APP as a guide. That is cost cutting gone bad. Employ experienced humans like Dan please. Thank you so much Dan for a great overview of Vancouver you are smart, funny and a great driver!

Dan is the man! - If you get bus driver Dan - you are in luck. His commentary is so much better than the pre-recorded one. Buses are old and recorded commentary doesn’t always work. Glass roof is also dirty

Hop on Hop Off Vancouver - Great transportation to see the city and walk to rest. Booked for 2 days but only needed one day since everything is walking distance of staying downtown. Have app ready for audio tour before starting.

Drivers very Entertaining - Not sure about this tour The buses are old and seating cramped and in truth Vancouver doesn’t have many districts of interest that you can access via the public transit system . The drivers are generally good and amusing the key tourist areas are the most popular just a word of warning down in the Chinese area if you walk on up to gas town you walk through a very run down area with lots of people clearly the worst for drugs and drink It’s not very safe

Good start but…. - General a good way to get a First Impression of Vancouver. The negative side was the condition of the busses. Really bad suspension, narrow seats ( I am 190 cm tall, impossible to sit somehow comfortable in the rows). The drivers were somehow ok ish. One did not even remeber what stop we were approaching 😳. But again, a good start to discover Vancouver and however… Hop on hop off is a good thing.

Terrible - Terrible…..the buses were very old, the seats so close together I had to sit sideways, the commentary on the speakers was inaudible. They were never on time. The second day some buses broke down, we waited 3 hours before getting a cab…..we added up what we spent on buses v getting cabs to the destinations we wanted to visit…the cobs was about the same….tale Take cabs instead

Do not waste your money on this company! - Everything was wrong with this company! They used a horrible bus, like an school bus, with seat backs so high and windows so small that you couldn't see. We were told to download an app to listen to narration--but the app didn't work, and narration, played live in the bus, was out of sync with the sights. App was supposed to show live locations, so you could predict where to hop on, but it was inaccurate. I was on hold for 30 minutes just to be told that I couldn't trust the app, but a bus would be there in 5 minutes. (It arrived 20 minutes later) Even at stop #1, Canada Place, where they sold tickets, the bus was late and actually passed right by without picking us up. (By that time we gave up and ordered an Uber) We saw another company's hop on hop off buses, with double decker and glass tops, which would have been great, but our hotel only offered info on this company.

Terrible. Rickety old bus. - Rickety old bus, couldn't see out of scratched plastic roof or windows, cometry very poor, most of the time nothing. I've been on hop on hop off bus tours all over the world. This is, without doubt, the worst by a long shot. I would not recommend it. Local electric bus $2 for 90 use that, much better and can see more. very disappointing. Waste of money.
