Highlights

Canada Place - Guest Baggage Drop-off Procedures:
• Guests depart Cruise Ship and make their way to the Day Baggage Storage Location right at the Port
• Guests will remit their voucher to the guest service agent
• Guests will receive a Baggage Claim Ticket and claim instructions
• Guests can leave make their way up to street level and enjoy their day

Guest Baggage Pick-up Procedures:
• When it is time to pick up the bag, guests follow the map on the pamphlet (they will be provided this when they drop their bag).
• Guests show their Claim Ticket and ID at the Day Storage location
• Bags must be collected by 4:30pm and cannot be stored overnight at the Cruise Terminal. Bags not claimed by 5:00pm will be stored off-site. Extra fees will be incurred for transportation and additional storage time ($75 per bag).
• Guests can also Visit the Welcome Centre Kiosk at 9 99 Canada Place Way or call if they need help with directions, or have questions related to the day storage service.

What's Included

Convenient daytime luggage storage from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Luggage storage service available at the Port of Vancouver.
Pricing covers up to 2 bags per person, with additional bags payable on-site.

What's Not Included

Overnight Luggage Storage is not available.
More than 2 bags are subject to additional charges directly at the location.

• Cruise Ship passengers disembarking and not staying in Vancouver, with late afternoon or evening flights and looking forward to discovering downtown Vancouver.
• Disembarking Cruise Ship passengers unable to check into their lodging until later in the day and seeking to explore downtown Vancouver.

Great Experience - Port staff were so friendly. Luggage stored in a clean, dry container. We were able to explore the city without paling our luggage. So simple to rent storage.

Store Bags, City tour, Train from terminal to Airport. Super Easy! - Well worth storing our bags right there at the Vancouver port. People super friendly. Cost was great. We did the hop on hop off bus tour. A definite thing to do when you have a few hours to kill. We were advised to take the train to the airport which we did. Well worth it. Right from the cruise terminal. And only $4.40 US ONE WAY.

Great! - The service was good and was as described. It would be even better if they stayed open longer. We had the day but found it difficult to plan accordingly as we worried about getting back for our luggage

Luggage Storage After Cruise - Easy and quick checkin of luggage in a secure location within Cruise Ship terminal. This allowed us to go sightseeing in Vancouver with no worries of keeping up with luggage. Picked up luggage in plenty of time for afternoon flight home. Thanks!

Friendly staff! - Easily accessible, luggage storage is right inside Canada Place Cruise Terminal. Friendly staff! The only issue- the address on the ticket is the address for the company, not the address for the bag storage.

Great way to spend the day when you have a late flight! - We disembarked from a cruise ship at Canada Place. We stored our luggage and went on the Hop On/Hop Off bus through Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing. So easy to find once we left the ship So easy to use! We spent the day in Vancouver. When we went done, we returned for our luggage, they also helped us get a taxi to the airport for a pre-agreed upon rate! Great way to spend the day when you have a late flight!

Convenient location for drop off - Easy to drop bags off although there was a long line and only had one person checking bags in. With 3 cruise ships in port that day it made for a long wait. We walked around the area for awhile before going back. In order to pick up bags had a walk a long distance through the terminal and all the way around.

Directions please - Went to the counter of information and ticket sales in Canada Place only to find out it was in the carpark, hence dragging our luggage everywhere after the cruise. Also Dont think there was enough signage had to ask everone to find it. Other than that if we knew where it was it would have been easy.

kinda ruin our vacation being unaware that our luggage had to be picked up by 430p, not all day storage - we were very disappointed and unware that 'all day storage' meant picking up our luggage by 4:30p when we had a red eye back home
