Best Excursion Trip - I was very impressed with Alejandro, our transportation pick up who picked us up from Tulum even though we were so far away. He made the drive bearable with kindness, music, and let us stop for food. Upon arrival we were greeted by the diamond bright staff who were so nice. The catamaran was so much fun, the staff kept the drinks flowing, they took pictures of us since it was our honeymoon also! Isla Mujeres and the snorkeling was beautiful! I would highly recommend this trip and company to everyone!

Recommended - Very nice experience. The food and drinks were amazing. Playa Mujeres was beautiful a little crowded but the Catamaran itself was amazing.

Fun on & in the water - Transportation was on time, only thing is we had to wait for some very late people. We sat on the side of the road & the driver didn't communicate what was going on until I asked about 15 min after waiting. Overall things were very good. Our boat guide Manolo and crew were very fun & always made sure we stayed safe! The music was going, drinks were flowing, & we were always informed of time schedules and the next thing happening. I would definitely book again!

Good bang for your buck - We did this excursion from Tulum. It was great that transportation was included since it can be hard to get around from here. It was also great that we got to swim since the beaches aren't as accessible here in Tulum. We started on the Catamaran and the first stop was snorkeling. The water was a bit rough (not ideal if you're not a strong swimmer) and it wasn't the best snorkeling ever, but overall pretty good. The next stop was lunch. The food was actually quite good and it was a buffet on the beach. You can sit outside on a lounge chair for a bit. The next stop was exploring the town. It was interesting and definitely quite different from Tulum. There were swings in the water that you can take photos on. Lastly, they stopped somewhere else for people to jump in the water. It was much better as the water was crystal clear and pretty calm. The views on the boat are great. The water was a bit choppy the day we went. The drinks on board were also good, lots of variety. Overall, I would recommend this tour because it included a lot of great activities! The only thing I would suggest from the crew was a better idea of where we are going next (there was no itinerary). We had a fun time and we were very glad we did it. Our expectations were exceeded.

We were exited for a day... - We were exited for a day at the sea. The trip was not as expected, when snorkeling we needed to move all the time, people swam on you and there was no time to enjoy the fishes that you saw. On the boat one of the personal was a bit too intrusive. It is good that they want to offer us something to drink, but when we say that we don’t want more alcohol accept the no and stop pushing for us to drink. Also, one of the personal commented on my friends and another person on the boats body figure.

Don't book - I do not recommend Diamond Bright. We stayed at the location for one hour and they never came. I called and texred them many times to no avail. Viator/TripAdvisor even communicated with them. Diamond Bright had the audacity to send partial payment. They eventually gave a full refund. It is an inconvenience to get up early to not be picked up and then having to find something else to do last minute. If I could I would have given negative stars.

TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I was NOT picked up at the said pick up location!!! Therefore I never got any experience!!! I was scammed

No sympathy - Communication is not the best. Our group got into a vehicle accident the day before this excursion and were not allowed a refund due to a medical emergency. I've tried several times contacting the tour operator and was only asked to reschedule and then never responding back to reschedule or get a refund. Wasted close to $560 for nothing.

Bad experience - They tour guide left me on Isla Mujeres. I was on a beach chair laying on the beach and no one informed me that we were leaving. I had to catch a taxi to town.

I would skip this tour - We signed up to go snorkeling , private beach club and buffet lunch. Is was too windy do they called off the snorkeling… I spoke with another tour that went out same time as us, their guides brought them to a calm bay to snorkel. There was no private beach club … where we were dropped off was busy with 1000’s of people … dirty , nowhere to sit on the beach , let alone , have a beach chair . The buffet lunch that they brought us to , was disgusting. Cold rice , dried fish , wilted lettuce… really horrible. The music on the boat was rave and rap , blaring loud …. What a huge mistake we made …. I guess, if you are younger and you want to get drunk on some cheap booze …. This trip might possibly be appealing….. The one thing that was ok… was that the staff were nice …
