Group of 6 - As a group of 6, we were picked up from Hanoi and transported to Cat Ba island hotel. The large van was on time and confirmed with me via text message. We also booked a private van back from Cat Ba island to the airport. They picked us up early so we didn't have to wait in the long ferry line and made it to the airport as planned. Reliable and safe driving! Very comfortable and clean car. Would definitely recommend this company!

Easy and comfortable transport to and from Cat Ba island from Hanoi. - Easy transport to and from Cat Ba for me to go deep water soloing. Very comfortable and new busses with great air conditioning! I had to change hotels a few times and change the time to return and the staff took care of it easily for me.

Really impressed by service provided. Our flight was 45 minutes delayed, on arrival they managed to get us on the bus! - Really impressed by service. Went out of their way to get us onto the bus despite delay of our flight. Top marks and thank you.

Holiday cat ba island Vietnam - Cat ba Limousine service was outstanding service prompt courtesy was excellent after my airline changed my flight I contacted Anna who in 2 hours was back to me with a solution to get us to the airport online as I was promised the got me express service off the ferry directly to Hanoi outskirts and there to meet us was a private driver to rush us to the airport well done to you and your team thank you so much Colin and Maggie Sydney Australia

Comfy Rides (Ha Giang - Ha Noi) - I took morning rides for returns between Hanoi and ha Giang. ​ - It is free seating ​ - It looks like max 12 ​ - You have to take off your shoes inside of the car. Unfortunately the window screen is applied , the view isn’t clear because of that. No toilet in the minivan No drink is provided No wi​-fi ​provided but you can recharge your phone You can bring your suitcases but there is no overhead storage. There isn’t plenty of space around you. I had a tote bag, a small camera bag and a big camera backpack. I had to put the big backpack in the next seat. Lucky that the way wasn’t fully booked. Otherwise, you have to put your belongings between seats. I was picked up at 0635 and the minivan was off to Ha Giang at 0700 after all passengers were collected in the old quarter area. It is on time. It stopped even at the airport to pick up other passengers (app 0750) When I booked, I provided the wrong street address of the hotel in Hanoi. If necessary, Contact Zalo on WhatsApp which you can find on their website. ​The rest area is the same, the driver took us the same eatery on the way to Ha Giang/Hanoi

Poor experience - We went from Ha Giang to Hanoi. The bus was over an hour late which happens. When it arrived the drivers were aggressive and then when we switched to the van the driver drove extremely erratic.
