Excellent service - Great service the staff picked us up at the hotel and then took us to the bus that took us to the boat to Cat Ba Island. The perfect driver was very attentive and good at driving (in vientnam it is not so obvious ) we made a stop along the way. We had a great time great service

Great ride with Good Morning Cat Ba! - Good Morning Cat Ba will take you from Hanoi to Cat Ba. Everything was absolutely well guided, organized, with a very new bus. Bottle of water also offered and I was dropped off close to my accommodation.

Great reliable service! - Really great experience all in all. Very comfortable and clean small vans. Very spacious and good temperature. I was running late and they waited for me for 15 minutes, as well as picked up from hotel and dropped off at car ba hotel. No need to leave this bus even as you transfer to the ferry and get on the island, which is great if you don’t want to move around much. Will be using GMCat Ba again tomorrow to Hanoi.

Excellent bus and communication - We used good morning cat ba luxury transfer based off reviews we had read on here. I have to say we were not disappointed! They were on time communication was excellent the bus was immaculate and super comfortable. We used them 3 times during our trip and each time we had the same experience. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Awesome, accommodating, prompt - Very satisfy and grateful for service provided by Good Morning Cat Ba. Extremely accommodating, friendly and positive staff who assisted with my tight transition from the Hanoi airport to the bus and then onto Cat Ba. Would thoroughly recommend for other travellers.

Smooth transfer to Cat Ba - Everything was so smooth and well organised, that I still find it hard to believe. The pick-up in the Old Quarter was just a bit fuzzy but I've had it with every tour as well, because of the narrow streets and the regulations that only allow the buses to stop for max. 3 minutes. But once on the bus, everything from there was flawless. We arrived at the port and the speedboat was already there. 10 minutes later we were on the island and another bus was waiting for us. During the trip, the operator asks everyone about their drop-off location in Cat Ba. I totally recommend this agency for this trip!

Got us there, but not a great experience!! - We used Good Morning Cat Ba for our transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba. We used their VIP Limousine service, so expected a good service. Well we got there and back, but….. Pick up. This was supposed to be from our hotel, but after waiting 10 minutes past our pick up time, we contacted them company to be told we had to walk to the bottom of the street to meet the coach. We booked the speed boat service to Cat Ba, but on arrival at port, we were told that we would be using the normal ferry. We had to chase the company for information about our return transport, which finally came through late the night before departure, again booked speed boat, but yet again ended up on the ferry. The communication was extremely poor, leaving us feeling we continually had to chase. As I said, they got us there and back, but wasn’t great!!

Worst experience ever! - LIARS! They will mislead you from the start. They would even say that you are a liar. We booked 2 tickets to Cat Ba via bus, then cable car, and another 2 from Cat Ba to Hanoi. Then when we got there they said no your ticket doesn't include the cable car price. They even called their own staff liars! We had to pay for it ourselves, then on the way back to Hanoi, they said they would refund us for it and they got us the cable car ticekts from Cat Ba. On the bus they asked us to pay it back!! They are not actually a company or know anything about making tours. I attached another bad review I found when I was adding mine. AVOID THIS CIRCUS!
