Great ride. - Our driver Juan was ver accoodaring and made an extra stop so that my elderly dad could use the restroom as it was a 2 hr ride to our resort.

Perfect - I would like to say that I m very pleased with our tour from punta Cana to Santo Domingo!!! It was exquisite our driver Alberto and our tour guide Anthony were very professional and we felt very safe roaming the streets. The price is very reasonable for what they have to offer since they pick you up and drop you off at your location. I would highly highly recommend!!! They also picked us up from the airport so if you need a trustworthy company I would say go with way bus punta Cana !!

WORTH IT - We are truly happy that we decided to take this route to get to and from the airport. Both drivers were friendly. The vehicles were clean, nice and cool! The drive was not overbearing and provided us the time and ability to the country. We'll definitely be using them again.

Excellent - We booked transfer from JBQ airport in Santo Domingo to Punta Cana. Jonathan picked us up at the scheduled time and helped us with our lugagge and offered refreshments. The car was quite luxurious and the ride was very enjoyable. Jonathan is very friendly and drives safely. He gave us tips about Punta Cana and made sure we were fine during our trip. We booked Saona island tour through him and it met our expectations when it comes to punctuality and quality of the service. Jonathan arranged the return transfer for us as well: again another safe and enjoyable ride. Overall I would recommend this agency for any kind of transfer and activities in Punta Cana/Santo Domingo cause they’ve proved they are very professional, punctual and reliable.

Good driver, good trip - Friendly and professional driver, but spoke no English. Vehicle was clean and in good shape. Initially had problems finding our destination, but worked things out quickly.

They left me stranded in the hotel - Upon arrival, everything was super good. A representative writes to us before arriving in Punta Cana by WhatsApp informing us where we can locate them. We located them, the airport staff and the driver were super friendly. During our stay, the person who contacted us on WhatsApp wanted to sell us excursions at all costs, sometimes becoming annoying. For the return, we were waiting for the transportation and it did not arrive, we wrote to him informing him that we were already waiting at the hotel to take the transfer to the airport and he did not answer us. I try calling him on WhatsApp and he doesn't answer either. The following messages do not reach him, so I assume he blocked us. Verifying the reservation, by mistake we took it for a week later (typing error), but the truth is that the agency never helped us and on top of that they blocked us (it was something that could be solved, since it is not high season and we still had time, lack of willingness of staff to solve customer problems). Anyway, we had to pay for a taxi which cost us much more than the original transportation.
