Airport to Resort transportation - Highly recommend booking with WayBus for your airport transportation! The driver was very friendly. We booked Waybus through Expedia as an add on.

Ok for airport. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING ELSE - Airport transfer was fine but DO NOT book any excursions with this company. We requested a private tour. We picked up another person during our transport to the excursion. We’re on a group excursion and had the same person on our transport back. Darwinson told me he misunderstood and only booked us a private transport to a group excursion. We did not even receive a private transport that we were charged for! I requested an invoice twice before the excursion to make sure there was no confusion but he never sent it. He has also never explained why we paid for the private transportation but had another passenger with us. Very disappointed

Be careful - Chaos at arrival, many people trying to sell you stuff, taxi area very congested. Not clearly stated where to go. The vehicle that I was told was my pick up was not the one I was in. Pickup another issue. Had round-trip transfer but was told to contact Talixo directly. Very disappointed and frustrated

Waybus driver stole from 6 girls - My daughter and 5 friends used Wayne’s to take them from the airin Punta Cana to their hotel. Driver told them they offer boat cruises and if they wanted to go it would be $85 each cash. They paid and the driver stole their money. I called Wayne’s and started to tell them what happened and they hung up on me and blocked my #…Criminals.

HORRIFFIC COMPANY! - DONT BOOK WITH EXCURSIONS WITH WB They caught us at the airport and we ended up booking an excursions that turned out horrific. They tried pushing it off on the other company but we booked and paid direct with WB. RUN AWAY FROM THEM! THEY REFUSED TO DO ANY REFUND. DEFINATELY FEEL SCAMMED! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!

You owe us money back!! - We tried to confirm our return time 16/12/2023 from the resort to the Punta Cana Airport. Finally I got a return friday (Hello ok 9.30am confirmed) At 9:40 we had the hotel call the number on the site only to have no one answer. At 10:00am we called for a taxi which was $70 one way. The bus never should?????????

Or transfer never showed up and we had paid in full - We paid ahead of time for a private transfer from airport to our hotel expecting someone waiting for us at the airport. Not only no one was waiting, we had to come out and finally after 45 minutes we got a call and met a rep who asked us to wait longer. We were so upset that we said we can’t wait any longer as it was hot and we were meeting a group at the hotel and would have been late so we ended up taking a taxi and paid the same amount and he took us to our hotel. I have used this tour in other countries and they were very reliable but in punta Cana, not reliable at all. I worries not use their transfer here any more for sure.
