- Aquila Private Game Reserve - Guests will be picked up from their accommodation and travel for about 2 hours to the Aquila Private Game Reserve for a full-day Big 5 Wildlife safari near Cape Town. Keep an eye out for Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos, Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Buffalos, and various antelope species.
(Note that entrance fees at Aquila Private Game Reserve are not included in this tour. Guests are required to pay their entrance fees upon arrival at the reserve. Please refer to the Exclusions section for an estimate of entrance fees.)
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcome drink and then proceed to the restaurant for a full buffet breakfast, with vegetarian and halal options available. Following breakfast, guests will embark on an unforgettable safari game drive lasting 2 to 3 hours. During the drive, look out for the Big 5 and other wildlife across 10,000 hectares of free-roaming animals.
The safari will be guided by an experienced ranger who will share fascinating stories and facts about the animals in their natural environment.
After the game drive, guests will return to the restaurant for a full buffet lunch, with vegetarian and halal options available.
Post-lunch, guests can relax on the terrace or in the bar area, enjoy a swim in the pool, or book a spa treatment.
In the afternoon, guests will return to Cape Town and be dropped off at their accommodation.

During our wildlife expedition to Aquila Game Reserve, you’ll get the chance to search for the Big 5: lions, buffalos, elephants, rhinos, and leopards. Be on the lookout for other wildlife as well, such as giraffes, hippos, cheetahs, and antelopes. You will be transported to the reserve in a communal minibus with hotel pick-up and drop-off by a certified Driver. On the 2 to 3-hour safari game drive, you will share a 4x4 open Safari truck with other participants.
