Great Long Trip to Granada/Alhambra/Madrid Palaces from Malaga - We searched for the pickup point the day before because we are not familiar with Malaga. The trip is long; requires walking more than 5 miles, and has many steps to go up/down. But what you see is fascinating and well worth the energy spent.

Great Overall tour of Alhambra and View into Granada - Very fun tour, clear directions. Will need to come back to explore the gardens at my own pace and soak it in a bit more but the information was very good!

Granada and the Alhambra - A Blast from the Past!! - Alhambra, Granada! What a treat!! ALAIN10 was our wonderful bilingual guide. We had just one blemish during the entire tour from Malaga. One of our bus passengers discovered that she had inadvertently left her documents along with her purse behind at the Cafe where we had taken a break, so we made a U-turn to get back there after about 20 minutes along the way to Granada! :) We ended up losing about a half hour in getting to our destination. But from that point on, it was simply a magical experience that transported us into an era gone by! We took an hour and a half walk to the City Center, drenched in magnificent and imposing historical monuments - the Cathedral, Capilla Real de Granada, Palacio de la Madraza, Plaza de Bib Rambla. and the Monastery of San Gerominos! We walked back leisurely through this beautiful town toward the entrance of the Alhambra, which is the piece de resistance of Granada! This is where we met our second guide Noelia (sp?) who took us on a surreal journey into the past, across the wonderfully manicured and maintained gardens and the immaculately preserved architecture and civic planning of the Alhambra, a city within a city fortress! The combined aesthetics and mastery of the two simply took our breath away!! So much beauty, subtlety and nuance in this grand array of monuments and landscape! Most of all, we were struck by the preservation and the assimilation of different faiths and cultures coming together as flowing tapestry on canvas! At the end of the tour, it gave us respite and hope that we can preserve unity within our tremendous diversity and live as one humanity, even in this day and age!

Amazing trip ! - We enjoyed this trip. Carlos charmed us, a pleasant guide, he explained everything very well and answered all the questions with a smile. The free time in Granada could have been a little longer to allow us to visit several sights. Minus point : the guide at the Alhambra spoke very fast and was difficult to understand through the microphone.

I wish we had a better guide for the palace, but otherwise, Granada is definitely worth a visit - Walking through beautiful Granada was amazing, although three hours felt too short. The guide on the bus from Malaga to Granada was amazing and shared a lot of interesting information about the region we were driving through. Unfortunately, not the same can be said about the local guide for the palace. It became strenuous to listen to her. It was hard to understand her as she struggled with pronunciation and kept repeating phrases such as “ you will not believe this, but..,”
