Fabulous hike between volcanoes with Raquel! - Exceptional hike between volcanoes! Raquel is an amazing guide, she speaks perfect French and English. With a smile fixed on her face, she gives details and answers all our questions in perfect French! Hikers for a few years, I recommend it especially! No difficulty to note, just climbs and descents. Thanks again Raquel! Solène and Valentine

Fantastic trip, well worth it - I booked this for myself and my 13 year old, we had a great time. The trip was well planned, 3 hours walk was a good amount of time, nothing too strenuous. The tour guide, Raquel's knowledge of the island and the area, the volcanos and history was incredible. Any questions we had were answered and everything explained fluently in multiple languages to suit the group Would highly recommend

Sensational experience! - Beautiful tour with very sympathetic guidance from Raquel. The large group was even divided again, so we had a personal, relaxed experience in a small group of 9. Sufficient food and uncomplicated transfer. Unfortunately, ed had complications when booking (it was only the option "without transfer" selectable, however we were dependent on it and there were also places in the car. Very fast and friendly but a solution was found for us. I hope that the tour through this incredible landscape will enchant many more.

Very interesting guided tour - This small group tour (there were 6) was exciting For nearly 4 hours Oscar explained to us very simply and very clearly, in excellent French, the formation of the volcanoes of Lanzarote. But he touched on many other topics on the island, agriculture, social aspects, not to mention valuable tips on other places to visit, restaurants. All with cordiality and good humor. Thank you very much, Oscar. The tour crosses impressive and beautiful lava fields and leads us to an easily accessible but also beautiful crater, the Caldera del Rilla. In all 9 km and 75 m of elevation gain, but easy hiking.

A misbooking - Booked through get your guide: 24h before there was not the notified feedback, therefore I was at the booked time in the indicated parking lot and then called the provider afterwards; the guide unfortunately forgot to inform me that there are still pickups before and was 1h early at the meeting point. In the tender, English and Spanish were offered as languages and I had chosen English. Only two out of 10 participants did not speak French. The guide spoke a lot of French and translated only what was necessary and on request in English. If there's a franz. is to be leadership, then please write it out as such and perhaps not (it made the impression) exclude English bookings by not informing. Unfortunately for me (and someone else) it didn't come across clearly in the call that the guide isn't the one with certified national park guides in the national park, but on a path that I could have walked well on my own (without 42€) in private. I am not interested in the third repeat of the leader that she is a certified leader for the Canary Islands. I thought I had booked a national park tour, it wasn't certified for that and 90% of the content I already knew from my guidebook. A conversation the other day with a ranger of the national park said that they are often annoyed that "free tours" often leave guests unclear or undifferentiated. That fits me with the trip. That means for experienced active nature lovers I can only advise against and refer to the national park page.
