Make sure to look for your name once you exit the baggage claim area. You will then be escorted in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle to Beijing, which is approximately a 2.5-hour drive.\n\n- Temple of Heaven - The first stop on your itinerary is the Temple of Heaven, constructed in 1420 and spanning 674 acres. This historical site was once the ceremonial ground for Ming and Qing emperors to offer their respects to Heaven and pray for bountiful harvests. Today, it serves as a tranquil park where you can spend a couple of hours enjoying music, observing local life, and listening to people sing.\n\n- Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Following a delightful Chinese lunch, you will proceed to the Summer Palace. This imperial garden is the most extensive and well-preserved of its kind, covering 716 acres. It was a favored escape for Imperial families during the summer, featuring beautifully arranged gardens, halls, pavilions, and corridors harmoniously integrated with the surrounding lakes and waterways.\n\nOnce the tour concludes, you will be taken back to the Tianjin Port or to your hotel in central Beijing.
